It’s Midweek Splinters! Brace Yourselves

How are you all doing and I trust your day is going well? So today has been a busy day for me but all the same I am thankful for God for a successful one. I’ve been indoors all through the day doing some work online. Later this noon, I decided to hop on Splinterlands and play some games. After series of games, I was able to win about 5 games but before then I had reached 1000 points and ranked up to the SILVER III rank and was rewarded with a LOOT CHEST which contained 15 prizes. So here is a list of the prizes which were in the CHEST. It contained one GOLD foil card, one RARE card, 5 COMMON cards, 2 LEGENDARY POTION charge and 6 ENERGY BOOSTS. Ain’t that fantastic? I didn’t see that coming though especially the GOLD foil card cos it’s been weeks since I last won one. So that definitely made my day. The number of GOLD foil cards in my card collection now are 20. Like I told those of you who are new on this digital collectible card game that consistency is the key if you want to go far in the game and that code literally applies to every other thing in life. I actually achieved a winning streak in the FRONTIER league today and that shocked me too. I also claimed a prizes which I haven’t claimed before in the wheelspin section of the FRONTIER league and that was the BATTLE CHALLENGE prize that came with 200 SPARKS and 30 BONUS SPARKS. It was written on the card that I need to beat a battle challenge to be able to claim more rewards. Really I do not understand what that means so anyone that has an idea of what it means should let me know in the comment section.

The name of the cards which I claimed in the LOOT CHEST are WILHELMDALE DEPUTY (COMMON), SPITTING CAMEL (COMMON), FRANKARSGARD (COMMON), CHAOS FURYBRINGER (COMMON), FROSTGUARD WARRIOR (GOLD), ARCANE CURATOR (RARE), PORT GUARDIAN (COMMON). After winning 5 battles in the FRONTIER league, I was able to claim just one set of rewards which contained 3 foundation cards and 1 entry into the weekly FORTUNE draw. The three cards were the WATER-LOGGED WIZARD (COMMON), PORT GUARDIAN (COMMON), CODEX SAGE (COMMON). Two of the cards belong to the WATER element category while one belongs to the LIFE element category. I played about three games this morning in the MODERN league but thought I could make it up to 5 games so guess I’ll still fight more battles on there to make sure my GLINT is going up while we are still in the beginning of the season. My GLINT is now currently at about 450 GLINTS at the moment so I still have a long way to go if I’m gonna achieve my 5000 GLINTS per season goal. There is no power supply at the moment but will be fighting some more battles if the power is restored hopefully before the end of the day. I’m having a kinda migraine cos I just finished preparing spaghetti after the day’s job. Will be treating myself to some movies to cool off too later in the day just to calm my nerves. The most exciting part of the day for me is the part that I got a new GOLD foil card and that’s a huge one for certain. Now I’m hoping to win both a LEGENDARY and a EPIC card next before this season ends as it’s been a while I got rewarded with those. Let me attend to some house chores for now guys. Have a good one.
