Still Super Active in the Modern League

It’s another awesome Sunday over here in my timezone. It’s good for a start of the week even though it drizzled a bit this evening. Dunno if that’s a sign that it might rain later at night. So I wasn’t able to make it to church today. Had to rest a bit at home since last week was a hectic one for me. As at yesterday, I played some games in the Splinterlands, the MODERN league to be precise and was able to hit 1779 GLINTS. So today I had to continue from where I stopped and as at the time of writing this post, my current balance is 2131 GLINTS. It hasn’t really been an easy task, but just as we all know, Consistency is capable to taking one far so I keep pushing regardless. I’m still going to be playing in the MODERN League to see if I can rank up cos the higher the rank and the higher your position on the leaderboard, the more rewards at the end of the season. I will be buying more SPS this week so I can boost my staked SPS to be able to claim daily rewards in the league too since that is not accessible at the moment. I noticed that to access the full amount of RANKED FORTUNE DRAW ENTRIES, 25,000 SPS is the quantity of SPS that needs to be staked. As for the WEEKLY FORTUNE DRAW in the MODERN league, I think I need an active FORTUNE pass to be eligible for the draw. I’ve now ranked up from the BRONZE III to BRONZE II now and currently needs 300 points to rank up to BRONZE I. Now is the time to show my battling skills like never before cos my GLINT milestone must be achieved.

After hitting the BRONZE II milestone earlier today, I was able to claim a CHEST LOOT for unlocking the new rank and it consisted of 3 rewards. The rewards included a very new card which I have never had in my card collection before now. So the list of rewards were as follows 61 MERITS, A MELEE Attack card called PHLEGMOR. The card belongs to the bloodline called DIVINE CONSTRUCT. It has a special ability and a MANA of 4 and it is under the LIFE element category. This card is a CONCLAVE ARCANA card as you can see in the green logo on the down left corner of the card. The card is a Level one card and has a ARMOR stat of 1, a HEALTH stat of 3 and a SPEED stat of 1. I am yet to use it to play a battle to see its potentials so this night I’m gonna try making use of it. Another reward that was added was a ENERGY. To my best knowledge The MERITS are soulbound in-game currency which can be used only in the Guild store. There are not transferable and cannot also be sold or traded. From my understanding, there are used to buy either BLOOD STONES to upgrade your cards or to purchase GLADIUS CASES which contains 5 GLADIATOR CARDS from the GUILD STORE. I’ll go back to continue my battles for the day as are if I can up my amount of GLINT already. By the end of the day, I’ll let you guys know how the adventure went cos this I’m on a mission to rank up to BRONZE I as soon as possible so I can unlock more amazing rewards.
