Summer Fun Event has Arrived Splinterlands + My Encounter Today

Trust y’all are having a blessed Thursday? It’s been a kinda successful day out here. I just got home not long ago. According to an update which I saw in the Splinterlands announcement channel, the SUMMER FUN EVENT has kickstarted. According to the poster Royaleagle, the SUMMER FUN Gift boxes and currently available and this boxes contain GLINT, Exclusive skins, Packs, Fortune Draw Entries and Tokenized energy bombs. He announced that the number of new skins added in the game during this very event is more than 50. It was also announced that extra skins can be found in Ultimate and Minor Chests and the Sparks shop too. I also noticed a New Ruleset announcement stating that when the RISE OF THE EXEMPLAR ruleset is active, the exemplar card can be played in a battle. Another one I took note of was the POWER OF THREE RULESET which allows unit cards that have 3 MANA to begin battles with an extra Power. Clayboyn also dropped an update that the next Survival tournament has been made available and this one is for those who qualified last season in the Survival mode. So I haven’t been able to fight battles today in the MODERN league yet , but was able to in the FRONTIER league. Earlier today, I claimed the same reward which I claimed in the Spinwheel yesterday which was the BATTLE CHALLENGE that came with 200 SPARKS and extra 30 SPARKS. My total number of SPARKS has now increased to over 8k and it’s a good development. Right now I am having a low battery challenge but hopefully light will be restored before the day runs out. So after fighting a couple of battles in the FRONTIER league, I was able to win about 6 battles so far and also claimed one set of daily prize in the league when I won 5 battles. Since I am in the SILVER III rank, the number of foundation cards I won today was 3 and additional 2 entries into the weekly FORTUNE draw. The foundation cards consisted of two COMMON cards and one RARE card. The cards included in my set of prize were the PORT GUARDIAN, the WILHELMDALE DEPUTY and the FROSTGUARD WARRIOR. The first two are COMMON CARDS while the third one is a RARE card. I’m tryna own more cards so I can combine them and make them work for me in the best way they can. I’ll be fighting more battles in the MODERN league tonight cos I need to stack up the GLINT as soon as possible. Have a great day guys and see you around soon.
