About 24 hours have passed since the launch of the new cards available for purchase from the VOUCHER store, and the massive player purchases have burned through nearly 1 million tokens. The token's value on the markets has also had an immediate impact, rising by about 20% and now trading above $0.02, well above the value of SPS, although the supply is much lower than that of the governance token.

Remember that the VOUCHER token is no longer transferable from the account to the markets, so it's likely that over time, the liquidity on the markets could decrease due to purchases, and eventually the price could skyrocket. All of this will impact the card sales of large stakeholders who earn thousands of tokens each month from SPS staking. Ultimately, it will be the whales themselves who decide the price of the cards.

Currently, the value of the cards is still low, especially for common and rare ones. Legendaries are more expensive, but you generally need around $150 to get a maxed copy of each unit. In this case, once again, those who have invested heavily in SPS are hoarding passive resources.
