Splinterlands is thrilling me more and more, and I'm not talking about the aspect and financial, which always remains the economic reason that supports my constancy in the game, but my passion and desire to be more and more competitive is growing. Playing is fun but winning is even more fun. This desire of mine to be more competitive than in the past pushed me to enter more decisively in the purchase of the Chaos Legion packs that currently exceed 530, to which it is necessary to add the 100 packs purchased in Phase 1 together with a group of 'purchase.

Initially I had planned to preserve some of these packages to get a higher score for the SPS airdrop and for a future where scarcity could increase the value, but then I couldn't resist and I opened all packages: D

The purchase is progressive, I bought some in Phase 1, Phase 2 and mostly in the Public Sale. The effect on my POWER was impressive: before the opening of the packages the score was just over 200k, now it is 341k! And that allows me to rank up from Gold 1 to Diamond 1! And very little is missing from 350k!

My strategy at the moment is to continue with a targeted purchase of the packages to always be eligible for the airdrop but above all move on to targeted purchases to optimize my cards. The Summoners I started investing in are ALRIC STORMBRINGER, water element, and DARIA DRAGONSCALE, dragon element.

But after opening the CL packs, I upgraded TARSA, the fire element, and I also really like the new monsters, so I'm upgrading the cards of this element, even if water and dragon remain priority!

GF CL

I have never had so many gold cards and seeing them all together is really nice for a collector! I would like to be able to own them all even if not upgraded to the maximum level. It is really exciting to collect great pieces like these cards, as I have never even sold experts in the past, when some players advised me to sell the gold cards, deemed useless, in exchange for DEC. Fortunately for me, I have never listened to this suggestion.

I also read somewhere that gold cards will be important in the LAND set. Very little is known about this new phase of the game. I hope that soon the team will be able to release further updates in the very few weeks. The launch of LAND is scheduled for this year and it will be interesting to verify the impact it will have on the game, which cards can be printed, the use of SPS within the expansion.

I Summoner su cui ho iniziato ad investire sono ALRIC STORMBRINGER, elemento water, e DARIA DRAGONSCALE, elemento dragon.

Ma dopo l'apertura dei pacchi CL, ho potenziato TARSA, elemento fire, e mi piacciono molto anche i nuovi mostri, per cui sto potenziando anche le carte di questo elemento, sebbene restano prioritari water e dragon!

Gold Foil CL

Non ho mai avuto così tante carte dorate e vederle tutte assieme è davvero bello per un collezionista! Mi piacerebbe riuscirle a possederle tutte anche se non potenziate al massimo livello. E' davvero incredibilmente eccitante collezionare pezzi fantastici come queste carte, sinceramente non ho mai venduto alcuna carta neanche in passato, quando alcuni giocatori esperti mi consigliarono di vendere le carte dorate, ritenute inutili, in cambio di DEC. Per mia fortuna, non ho mai ascoltato questo suggerimento.

Ho letto inoltre da qualche parte che le carte dorate saranno importanti nell'espansione LAND. Si sa ancora molto poco di questa nuova fase del gioco e spero che ben presto il team potrà rilasciare ulteriori aggiornamenti nelle prossime settimane. Il lancio di LAND è previsto proprio quest'anno e sarà interessante verificare l'impatto che avrà sul gioco, quali carte sarà possibile stampare, l'utilizzo di SPS all'interno dell'espansione.
