Essere detentori di SPS bloccati in staking significa partecipare attivamente anche alla vita e allo sviluppo del gioco assieme a tutta la comunità. Al fine di pubblicare una proposta, l'utente che ha creato la richiesta dovrà pagare una fee di 100k DEC (tokens che saranno totalmente bruciati), al fine di creare una scrematura seria ed evitare che molte richieste, anche quelle più scarne o superficiali, siano bloccate sul nascere. Infatti è necessario che una richiesta sia struttura in un certo modo e abbia una certa efficacia nella comunicazione.
