DEC is experiencing a period of strong selling pressure on the market, which has pushed the token further and further away from its peg in recent months. The CA Presale, which pushed the token to its peg and fueled the burning of millions of SPS, now seems far away. Subsequently, hype subsided, DEC purchases inevitably dropped after over 2 million packs were purchased, and players stopped buying DEC... or rather, they started selling it.

The Splinterlands team has secured hundreds of millions of DEC tokens for the development of the CA miniset, which should be about to be released. The new miniset will incentivize players to use SPS rather than DEC, and as a result, it's likely that many users have converted from DEC to SPS, or perhaps will soon.

There's currently not much demand for DEC, which explains the slow decline, despite a supply of billions of tokens, although a good portion are stored in the DAO. Also due to the bearish market, there aren't many expectations or use cases in the near future, and I doubt there'll be a trend reversal...but I hope to be proven wrong.

DEC sta attraversando un periodo di forte pressione di vendita sul mercato che negli ultimi mesi a spinto il token sempre più lontano dal peg. Oramai sembra molto lontano il Presale di CA che ha spinto il token a raggiungere il peg ed ha incentivato il burning di milioni di SPS. Successivamente l'hype è sceso, gli acquisti di DEC sono inevitabilmente calati dopo gli oltre 2 milioni di pacchi acquistati, ed i giocatori hanno smesso di acquistare DEC... Anzi hanno iniziato a venderlo.

Il team di Splinterlands ha ottenuto centinaia di milioni di DEC per lo sviluppo del miniset CA che dovrebbe essere oramai in procinto di rilascio. Il nuovo miniset incentiveranno o giocatori ad utilizzare SPS piuttosto che il DEC e di conseguenza è probabile che molti utenti hanno convertito DEC per SPS, o forse lo faranno a breve.

Al momento non c'è grande richiesta do DEC e questo spiega il lento declino, a fronte di una supply di miliardi di token, sebbene buona parte conservate nel DAO. Complice anche il mercato bearish, nel prossimo futuro non ci sono molte aspettative o casi d'uso e dubito che ci sia un'inversione di tendenza...ma spero di essere contraddetto.
