Splinterlands is primarily a solo game, meaning each player advances in the rankings based on the power of their assets and their skill. Teamwork also plays an important role in Splinterlands, and guilds are an example of teamwork, though they're currently not very effective. This explains, for example, why many guilds are empty or why many players aren't in any guild. Aside from inter-guild combat, which currently offers rewards with MERITS tokens, the most enjoyable benefit of belonging to a guild, in my opinion, is the GLINT and SPS bonuses earned during seasonal battles.

Obviously, reward advantages or bonuses depend on the guild's level: simply creating a guild and receiving the maximum bonus isn't enough. Therefore, the incentive for players is to grow harmoniously and develop their buildings, both to be more competitive and to obtain higher bonuses.

For example, the guild I'm in guarantees a 12% bonus on GLINT rewards. At the end of each season, I earn about 350,000 tokens, and about 40,000 are guaranteed by my membership in the guild. I imagine more powerful guilds also get a higher percentage! So join a guild to maximize your profits!

Splinterlands è un gioco in prevalenza solitario, ossia ogni giocatore avanza in classifica in base alla potenza del proprio asset e alla sua abilità. Ma anche il gioco di squadra ha un ruolo importante in Splinterlands e le gilde sono un esempio di gioco di squadra che al momento però non è molto incisivo, e questo spiega ad esempio come mai molte gilde siano svuotate o molti giocatori non siano unite a nessuna gilda. A parte il combattimento tra le gilde che al momento offre ricompense con token MERITS, il vantaggio a mio avviso più gustoso di appartenere ad una gilda è il bonus GLINT e SPS ottenuto durante le battaglie stagionali.

Ovviamente i vantaggi o bonus sulle rewards dipendono dal livello della gilda: non è sufficiente creare una gilda e ricevere il bonus massimo. Quindi l'incentivo per i giocatori è crescere in armonia e sviluppare gli edifici, sia per essere più competitivi ed anche per ottenere bonus più alti.

Ad esempio la gilda di cui faccio parte mia garantisce un bonus del 12% sulle rewards GLINT. Alla fine di ogni stagione io ottengo circa 350k tokens e circa 40k sono garantiti dalla mia presenza nella gilda. Immagino che gilde più potenti abbiano anche una percentuale maggiore!
