Today I reached the Champions III ranking, this time several days before the end of the season, a change from the previous one (the Champions III ranking was reached a couple of days before the end of the season). So I opened all the reward chests and found a surprise slush: Shadowcomb Duskrose!

This card is not a Soulbound card; it's a special card that can be used with both Fire and Death elements! As a common unit, obtaining a fully upgraded card will require another 399 BCX... At the moment, it's a pretty distant goal. Purchasing cards on the Splinterlands market will cost an average of over $0.30. Around $160 is too much to spend for a single unit right now. The price could drop in the future if many cards are printed and supply tends to decline. At least, that's my prediction.

I like all the new features the team has introduced, like jackpot cards, because they incentivize players to play diligently to achieve all the objectives. It's clear that to get everything right away, the fastest but most expensive option is to buy assets, but I also think it's a great satisfaction to earn resources through your own efforts over time. I might be a bit romantic in this regard, but I always try to get cards strategically. And if I also have a little money available... well, that always helps!

Oggi ho raggiunto il ranking di Champions III, questa volta l'obiettivo è stato raggiunto con molti giorni d'anticipo rispetto alla fine della stagione, in controtendenza rispetto alla precedente (il ranking di Champions III era stato raggiunto un paio di giorni prima della fine stagione), così ho aperto tutti gli scrigni ottenuti dalle ricompense ed ho trovato una granita sorpresa: Shadowcomb Duskrose!

Questa carta non appartiene alle carte Soulbound, è una carta speciale utilizzabile sia con elementi Fire che Death! Come unità comune per ottenere una carta potenziata al massimo saranno necessari altre 399 BCX... Al momento è un obiettivo abbastanza lontano. Acquistare le carte nel mercato di Splinterlands al costo medio di oltre 0,30 dollari. Circa 160$ dollari è una cifra troppo alta da spendere al momento per una singola unità. In futuro il prezzo potrebbe scendere se saranno stampate molte carte e l'offerta tenderà tendenzialmente a scendere. Almeno questa è la mia previsione.

Mi piacciono tutte le novità introdotte dal team, come le jackpot card, perché incentivano i giocatori a giocare con assiduità per raggiungere tutto gli obiettivi. È chiaro che per ottenere tutto e subito la scelta più veloce ma costosa è acquistare gli asset ma io penso che sia anche una bella soddisfazione ottenere risorse con le proprie forze nel tempo. Sarò anche un po' romantico in tal senso ma cerco sempre di ottenere le carte con la strategia. Poi se ho a disposizione anche un po' di denaro... Beh questo aiuta sempre!
