Splinterlands Battle Challenge: CRYPT BEETLE

Hi all Splinterlands friends,

here we are at the new appointment of the Battle Weekly of the week, the theme is CRYPT BEETLE, a monster this common of the Death element, belonging to the Chaos Legion collection.

The card has discrete characteristics and it is necessary to consider that the mana is only 3 points, so it has a low weight and this is also reflected in its abilities, but overall it certainly offers advantages if well powered and deployed especially in battles with one mana low overall.

I currently own the upgraded card at level 5 and this ensures me a well balanced monster, not at all easy to defeat and its Shield ability guarantees reduced damage from Melee and Ranged attacks. Really no male!

The ranged attack currently does 2 points of damage but if you choose the summoner DARIA DRAGONSCALE, then the damage will increase to 3 points! Furthermore, in this battle the cards have the same value of health points as the highest card deployed but at level 5 the health points are only 3, to which 2 armor points are added as an additional defense.

Below you will find the video of the battle in which CRYPT BEETLE proved to be an opponent not easy to defeat and above all it gave time to allied monsters for further attacks and lead the team to victory.

GOBLIN MECHANICS

My spearhead when using fire summoner because the +1 attack gives me +5 damage, turning my cute car into a war tank! The position of the rhyme is the most appropriate because it has no possibility of attacking from a distance. Trouble is for those who have to suffer his attack!

EXPLANATION OF SHADOW

Here is the contest card, position in second position to optimize the Reach ability and attacks also from second position. SHADOW SNITCH is decisive in the defeat of the first due to most of the opponents for which he fully fulfills the role of him. At the next power-up, the monster will also acquire the second Affliction ability!

CRYPT BEETLE

The monster proves to be tougher than it may seem. Its presence is to afflict damage to the enemy and above all it guarantees a barrier for allied monsters who proceed in the fundamental blows attacks on the enemy and will end the battle without damage immediately!

BLACK MAN

Always my second favorite wizard, in the first place there is the incredible RULER OF THE SEAS, I have always used it with the death summoner, since the first level, because it has a good magic attack and the Slow ability which I almost always use. He is now level 4 and I will continue to upgrade him to the maximum.

SILENT SHA-VI

A very strong card with a +3 attack and the Snake ability, opponents in late position suffer a lot at this incessant amount of damage

SAND WORM

Neutral monster, has a great attack +5 and the ability to hit opponents in queue situations. Only weak point is the speed which can be significantly improved by level!

Conclusion

Do not ignore or discard the possibility of having these legendary monsters on the line. Being able to use additional cards even if they are not statistically strong and with skills that benefit the entire team is really an element that makes the difference at the end of the battle! Often the small improvements are the ones that determine the victory!

Ciao a tutti amici di Splinterlands,

eccoci al nuovo appuntamento del Battle Weekly di questa settimana, il tema è CRYPT BEETLE, un mostro comune dell'elemento Death, appartenente alla collezione Chaos Legion.

La carta ha caratteristiche discrete ed è necessario considerare che il mana è di solo 3 punti, per cui ha un peso basso e ciò si riflette anche sulle sue abilità, ma nel complesso offre certamente vantaggi se ben potenziato e schierato soprattutto nelle battaglie con un mana complessivo basso.

Al momento possiedo la carta potenziata a livello 5 e ciò mi assicura un mostro ben equilibrato, per nulla semplice da sconfiggere e la sua abilità Shield garantisce un ridotto danno da attacchi Melee e Ranged. Davvero niente male!

L'attacco Ranged al momento apporta danni di 2 punti ma se scegliete l'evocatore DARIA DRAGONSCALE, allora il danno aumenterà a 3 punti! In questa battaglia inoltre le carte hanno lo stesso valore di punti salute della carta più alta schierata ma a livello 5 i punti salute sono solo 3, a cui si aggiungono 2 punti armatura come ulteriore difesa.

In basso trovate il video alla battaglia in cui CRYPT BEETLE ha dimostrato di essere un avversario non semplice da sconfiggere e soprattutto ha concesso tempo ai mostri alleati per lanciare ulteriori attacchi e condurre il team alla vittoria.

Ecco qui la carta oggetto del contest, posizionato in seconda posizione per sfruttare l'abilità Reach e lanciare attacchi anche dalla seconda posizione. SHADOW SNITCH è determinante nella sconfitta dei primi due mostri avversari per cui assolve pienamente al suo ruolo. Al prossimo potenziamento il mostro acquisterà anche la seconda abilità Affliction!
