SPS DAO Project Manager Invoicing and Recap April 2026

Greetings to everyone across the expanded Splinterverse. This has been quite a busy month with so many things in motion all coming together over the past few weeks. Let's take a quick spin through the highlights so I can get back to it.

Quite an extensive amount of time and effort went into negotiating and working through the terms of the recently passed proposal to contract Steem Monsters as well as working to determine a clear path forward to help us meet sales targets, have a clear path forward for new developments and ultimately give us the best shot at success moving forward. Ultimately I was able to negotiate the DAO acquiring full ownership of the IP and I think this is a pretty monumental win for the community and Web3 gaming as a whole. We're continuing to explore uncharted territory and pioneer the industry.

I also took on the task of helping to work with the 3rd party liquidity bot providers to try and create a better experience in Survival and ultimately prepare us for Modern Brackets. It's an ongoing process, but so far seem to have dialed in the very bottom and the very top end well enough. We have some more changes in the works that should allow for a much more organic and granular difficulty progression. Hopefully we'll be able to implement that in the next week or two.

There were also quite a number of updates related to the Validator software as we prepared for the latest release and worked swiftly to address a few bugs and security concerns. Thanks to the quick work from the devs and community to resolve these issues and a big thanks to louis88 and jef-001 for reporting the issues responsibly.

My hope for the next few months is that we can see some new feature releases while I continue to work with the team on dialing in the next core set. There's already quite a few projects in the oven and even more specced out and in line for development. I am very excited to see where the future may lead. Thanks for your time and consideration.
