SPS DAO Project Manager Invoicing and Recap July 2026

Hello Splinterfolks it's been another busy month and myself and the team are hard at work to keep Praetoria growing and evolving. We've had some pretty massive changes this month with the passing of the proposal to amend the SMC contract and we're pushing forward on several projects to add value to the ecosystem. Let's look over some of the highlights.

Currently we're deep in the trenches working on designing the next core set and that is shifting into more of a priority focus as the modern bracket testing is finishing up. We'll keep working on tightening up the liquidity bots until modern brackets go live and likely making further tweaks after, but it's finally coming to a point I feel like I can approve them to move forward and that is likely the next big release we'll see.

This month we also got the newly elected treasurers set up on all of the DAO's multisig wallets and this invoice will be the first chance many of them get to sign (thanks to Paul for reminding me it's time to get my invoice in lol, we've been going non stop and I forgot it was the end of the month already). I'll be following up with the team soon to finalize July accounting.

We're also still working on spec and design for multiple projects we'd like to see delivered over the course of the next year. I think these have some massive potential to strengthen our game and ecosystem but I can't really say more than that until they're firmed up and the team announces them. I'm overall excited for the future of the game and the direction we're headed.
