SPS DAO Project Manager Invoicing and Recap June 2026

Greetings my fellow Splintendos. It’s been another solid and productive month as we continue pushing the ecosystem forward on multiple fronts.

The main focus this month has been on dialing in the liquidity bots and fine-tuning brackets to bring the new modern bracket system into production over the coming months. This has included gathering valuable feedback from the community and working closely with multiple liquidity bot providers to ensure strong match liquidity as well as a good sense of progression as players move up in the ranks.

We’ve also been working on designing and testing a new LP integration that should be launching tomorrow. This will bring SPS:DEC swaps directly in-game and should be a nice quality-of-life improvement for the player base.

On the feature development side, I’ve been writing some new spec sheets for ideas for new game features. These are designed with the goal of creating additional value for existing assets while introducing new token sinks for the ecosystem. I’ll share more details on these as they become more firmed up and we can dial in the scope of work with the team and deduce feasibility and timeframes if their accepted.

We’ve continued development on the next core set as well as associated new gameplay features that are in the works. I still feel like it's too early, but as things firm up we'll look into expanding into community testing as usual. Plenty of exciting things are cooking behind the scenes.

Also, we’re in the process of updating the treasurer roster to provide better coverage and quicker response times for DAO operations moving forward. There's an ongoing proposal to bring in some fresh recruits and phase out some of the others. Ideally we'll become more agile and ensure quicker response times to service the DAO.

As always, there’s a lot going on and myself and the team are all hard at work on behalf of the community. I continue to monitor the ongoing market conditions as well as our reserves to ensure we can fulfill our obligations from hiring the team. The land card set should be launching tomorrow which will give us a better indicator of the overall market health. The progress being made on the product side keeps me optimistic in our long-term trajectory. Back to it then — thanks for reading and until next time...
