SPS DAO Project Manager Invoicing and Recap November 2025

Greetings to everyone walking in a Splinter Wonderland. It's time for another monthly check-in. I expect things will likely be a bit slower for at least the second half of December, but for now we've got some interesting updates to go over!

We've been working on prepping the validators for some upgrades and a fork to bring the inflation endpoints in line with the recent proposal to give us a roughly 3 year rewards runway. That said, the Validator network did not handle the leadup to the HIVE fork well at all, so we've clearly got some work to do there in the future. We've put in some changes to increase redundancy on the network for the time being and the next fork is already scheduled.

I've been doing some networking to help expand the CGRF and we now have 4 other sponsors and are open to assisting users from thirty failed Web3 gaming projects. We'll keep putting out the word and press releases, but we could definitely use some help from the community in raising awareness. It's important to remember that while we're offering to help others, we're also trying to help ourselves, other HIVE projects and the whole HIVE ecosystem but bringing new users here!

Quite a lot of my time this month has been spent on testing and QC for the miniset that the DAO invested 1.2 billion DEC into. There's always a lot of work that goes into these sets from every part of the company and myself to ensure that the DAO is getting a well-rounded set that adds value to the game and has a high chance of returning the DAO's investment. We're now at the closed testing stage with community testers providing another layer of quality control to help polish out any rough spots. Stay tuned for official announcement from the team as to the release date.

Now for my favorite update of the month: COINMARKET CAP IS FINALLY REPORTING OUT TOKEN SUPPLY ACCURATELY FROM OUR VALIDATOR NETWORK! I cannot understate how much time and energy went into getting that done. They wanted $50,000 to update our information, but after some relentless badgering for the last year from @royaleagle and I as well as a lot of work building out custom API endpoints that they requested, I'm glad to say that is finally done.

Now we get to start working on badgering them until they recognize our wrapped tokens and get those updated so that all of our volume and liquidity is accurately tracked. I'd like to get Coingecko updated as well but prioritized CMC as it's the most used coin tracker. The work continues, but it's definitely worth celebrating that win!

Since it's Thanksgiving (weekend) right now, I just want to let you all know that I'm grateful for this opportunity to serve the DAO and community and I'm very hopeful that all of the work we've been doing is going to lead to a Splinterlands Renaissance and gold age the likes of which we've never seen.
