As I've been reading these I'm not seeing any cardiovascular exercise. Studies show we should do a minimum of 30minutes at target heart rate every other day, and not within 3 hours of bedtime. Target heart rate is 220 minus your age, then 70% of that number. The reason I bring this up is that it is going to help you sleep better!.
