RE: 5 Biggest Takeaways From The DAOn Hall w/ Cryptomancer (10.5.2024)

I found myself much more at ease after hearing Matt and Cryptomancer talk about details.
It's the opposite for me after watching the summary. 250k a month of expenses to run the game still right now feels insane and a 1-way trip the bankruptcy. Especially knowing that the way to solve it is to print more stuff to sell to whales increasing the pay2win and making the gap even bigger for new players. I do wonder though how much it costs to run the game without any of the developper salaries. Also, how is it ok to milk funds from the DAO while not willing to take from their own BTC reserves.
For the first time now, I'm actually thinking of selling some of my older cards that are still worth way more than the burn rate like my Arlic Stormbringer which isn't even used by Archmage since I don't have it at max level.
Thanks for the Update!
Lol it's insane that you think the game will run without any developers!
I just mean what it would cost just to have it run without anything new being developed. At the current pace it feels like a matter of time before they reach this point.
