My daily Splinterlands battle journal!!! Episode 004 Year 2023

Sometimes when I play, the day isn't just what I should have expected to be. One day I come with all the confidence in the world and then lose miserably! However, there are days with zero expectations and I end winning big time! But, let's talk first about my yesterday's rewards!

My eight reward chests from yesterday had 1.264 SPS, three Legendary Potions and a Pelacor Bandit. Nice! I even got enough potions to open a pack... Well, I was short in Alchemy Potions by one, but I didn't care and opened it anyway.

I got a Healing focus today and it went actually pretty great! I won 25 of 28 battles for a 89.3% win rate! Wow! Very few times I had the chance to win so many times in a day! I played half of those battles in each format respectively, and I can say the best reward pool was in Wild. I don't know if I have more of those healing cards in Wild or if there are less players battling in that format. I need to investigate further in that regard. For those battles I got 6.669 SPS and I hit 1,911 rating points (RP) in Wild format, and 1,944 RP in Wild! Absolutely amazing! I accomplished my secondary goal for this season in each format and now I'm going to concentrate my efforts in the format with the best reward pool! Great!

For tomorrow, I will have 14 reward chests and for the next End of Season (EOS) I got 11 more chests, 40 in total!!! I'm speechless! So many EOS chests in a single day is amazing! Of course, this is connected with the fact I used many times the focus cards and I won lots of my played battles. This encourages me to keep going even further!

The pack that I opened today wasn't that great, but it had some cool cards like a Xenith Monk, Silent Sha-vi, Radiated Brute, Kulu Swimhunter and Supply Runner. Those neutral cards are dope!

In weird and remarkable battles, I had this one today that maybe you would like because it was very cool! I didn't have a lot of mana to choose from, and the ruleset was complicated to say the least. I could use only even cards and with Super Sneak, the best you could do is place in the last place a a card with Thorns ability.

I set the Chaos Knight in the first place because it has the Shield ability, helping me break the opponent's advances. Until now everything is pretty standard. However, as the focus was Healing I placed two low mana cards, Venari Crystalsmith, which heals the tank and Herbalist with the cleanse ability. I don't know why, but cleanse counts as "healing" and I added it as a joker to help me getting more rewards. But, behold! But, when I thought everything was going downhill, Herbalist came to my rescue and cleansed my tank! So, the Chaos Knight attacked immediately, giving me a victory! So cool!

Although today wasn't a big day of surprises, I had a good winning streak, and more important I had lots of fun! Let's see if tomorrow I can reach new heights in the ranking!!! See you tomorrow, guys! Thank you to come around this time!
