(EN-PT) Rental prices are already sky high!
The season hasn't even completed a week and rental prices are already sky high!
Today I was surprised by a canceled lease, where I was with a Thaddius Brood at level 5 for just under 50 DEC/day, and it QUADRUPLED to 200 DEC/day.
It's not feasible for me to continue paying, I'll be without the rented summoner and I'll use my own, which is now at level 3. I've been investing in buying summoner cards every month, and today I have a Kelya Frendul at level 4 and a * Thaddius Brood* at level 3, but that's not enough to play in the Gold 3 league which is my goal.
Maybe I have to step back and stay in the silver league this season, and feel what the real effect of the Hive appreciation started on January 17-18th is on rents.
If my calculations are correct, this lease went from a 12% yROA to 84%!
Someone pass me the phone number of the loan sharks, it must be cheaper to negotiate with them!

A temporada não completou uma semana e os preços dos aluguéis já estão nas alturas!
Hoje fui surpreendido por uma locação cancelada, onde eu estava com um Thaddius Brood em level 5 por pouco menos de 50 DEC/dia, e o mesmo QUADRUPLICOU para 200 DEC/dia.
Inviável para eu continuar pagando, ficarei sem o invocador alugado e usarei o meu próprio que hoje se encontra em level 3. Eu tenho investido em comprar cards dos invocadores todos os meses, e hoje tenho uma Kelya Frendul em level 4 e um Thaddius Brood em level 3, mas isso não é suficiente para jogar na liga Gold 3 que é meu objetivo.
Talvez eu tenha que recuar e me manter na liga prata nesta temporada, e sentir qual o efeito real da valorização da Hive iniciada em 17-18 de janeiro sobre os aluguéis.
Se as minhas contas estiverem corretas, essa locação saiu de um yROA de 12% para 84%!
Alguem me passa o telefone dos agiotas que deve estar mais barato negociar com eles!
