As atualizações recentes do Splinterlands mudaram totalmente a dinâmica do jogo. Para um novato como eu, ainda nem tinha um desenvolvimento estável e já se deparava com grandes mudanças.

Já abordei em outras postagens os aspectos de recompensas diárias. Hoje vou comentar sobre minha pequena experiência no modo MODERN.

O grande diferencial do modo MODERN é a restrição das cartas para as coleções mais recentes. (isso é uma simplificação para ajudar o entendimento)
Assim que o modo foi lançado, realizei algumas partidas para sentir como seria. Foram umas dez derrotas muito motivadoras para me manter no modo tradicional, chamado de Wild.

Os principais pontos de impacto na minha jogabilidade foram as restrições de algumas cartas em específico, lembrando que ainda sou iniciante:

Ainda dentre meus exemplo, eu reforço que muitos dos meus problemas e dificuldades em jogar na liga MODERN devem ao fato da falta do summoner Alric Stormbringer. Isso porque desde o lançamento do baralho Chaos Legion, no ano passado, a minha transição de baralho foi executada, por minha escolha, em cima do time WATER. Eu gostava muito de jogar com FIRE usando o Cerberus, porém me identifiquei melhor com a sinergia do time WATER e devido a eu praticamente não ter nenhuma carta própria, necessitei priorizar.

Priorizei WATER, e mantive a presença do Alric através de aluguel, já que ele não faz parte do pacote Starter, logo não esta disponível para uso para quem não possui a carta.

Neste ano, com a mudança do sistema de recompensas diárias, um mundo novo se abriu. Por ter feito um grande esforço inicial, conquistei uma grande coletânea de cartas em apenas uma temporada (15 dias). Passei de menos de dez cartas próprias para mais de sessenta cartas.

Devido a sorte, recebi muitas cartas WATER e DEATH, motivo pelo qual decidi investir neste dois times, priorizando DEATH. E foi assim que cheguei no inicio de temporada atual, com dois times básicos

A prioridade no splinter DEATH fica visível pela quantidade de cartas, se comparado ao Water. Algumas cartas são compradas, mas a grande maioria das cartas que eu recebi nas recompensas são obviamente da coleção Chaos Legion.

Com dois times básicos praticamente só com cartas Chaos Legion, me senti habilitado a testar novamente o modo MODERN. No próximo post farei o relato de como estou indo nesta nova aventura!

Recent Splinterlands updates have totally changed the dynamics of the game. For a newbie like me, I didn't even have a stable development yet and I was already faced with big changes.

I have already covered in other posts the aspects of daily rewards. Today I will comment on my little experience in MODERN mode.

The big difference in MODERN mode is the restriction of cards to the most recent collections. (this is a simplification to help understanding)
Once the mode was released, I played a few games to get a feel for what it would be like. There were ten very motivating defeats to keep me in the traditional way, called Wild.

The main points of impact on my gameplay were the restrictions of some specific cards, remembering that I'm still a beginner:

Even among my examples, I reinforce that many of my problems and difficulties in playing in the MODERN league are due to the lack of summoner Alric Stormbringer. That's because since the release of the Chaos Legion deck last year, my deck transition has been performed, by my choice, on top of the WATER team. I really liked playing with FIRE using Cerberus, but I identified better with the synergy of the WATER team and because I practically didn't have any cards of my own, I needed to prioritize.

I prioritized WATER, and kept Alric's presence through rent, as he is not part of the Starter pack, so it is not available for use by those who do not have the card.

This year, with the change of the daily rewards system, a new world has opened up. Because I made a great initial effort, I conquered a large collection of cards in just one season (15 days). I went from less than ten own cards to more than sixty cards.

Due to luck, I received a lot of WATER and DEATH cards, which is why I decided to invest in these two teams, prioritizing DEATH. And that's how I arrived at the beginning of the current season, with two basic teams

The priority in the DEATH splinter is visible by the amount of cards, compared to Water. Some cards are draws, but the vast majority of cards I've received in rewards are obviously from the Chaos Legion set.

With two basic teams practically only with Chaos Legion cards, I felt empowered to test the MODERN mode again. In the next post I'll tell you how I'm going on this new adventure!
