7 great apps for English learners
We have been spending the past 2.5 years in our homes due to the corona virus pandemic. Although governments have loosened virus restrictions in recent days, the virus is still with us. Many of us are less social than before and we hang out at home more.

However, we are all aware that sitting idly at home is of no use to anyone. In today's article, I will make suggestions about how you can learn English while we stay at home.
First of all, like many people who share their articles here, my native language is not English, I am still in the learning stage and I get help from various plugins in order not to make grammatical mistakes while writing my articles, so I use and recommend all of the things I will share in this article.

1. First of all you must establish your personal discipline
It's hard to try to do something you're probably bad at without a teacher at home, and you may stop learning as a result of your loss of motivation in the process. Please don't do this because learning English can open new doors for you. It can enable you to get your dream job abroad or find the love you couldn't find in your country on another continent.
2. Duolingo
Seeing this app may sound cliché to you, but let me explain. The application that supports the most different languages among the Duolingo language education applications. It supports English education in all of them from various African languages to the wonderful languages of Europe and Asia. Therefore, it will be very useful for you to start your English education with Duolingo.

3. LetMeSpeak
In fact, this is one of my favorite apps on the list. LetMeSpeak is a blockchain project based on learning English. Project's own nfts etc. available and you can earn these nfts while you are learning a language! For now, you can only use this application for IOS devices, but don't worry, they wrote on the official site that the Android application will be released in April 2022.
4. Grammarly
Grammarly is a great app! I have been using Grammarly for 1.5 years and I am quite satisfied. For those who don't know, Grammarly is a plugin that automatically corrects spelling and grammatical errors in the English sentences you write. As you can install it on your browser, you can also use it by installing the keyboard application on your mobile phone. I use Grammarly on all platforms with internet access. It also saves me from tons of mistakes I make while writing my articles.
My stats for the last week
In addition, Grammarly sends you a statistical mail every week, including the statistics of the mistakes you make in your articles and the number of different words you use. In this way, you can follow your progress in learning English.
5.Voscreen
Voscreen is a subtitle translation app. It gives you a random scene from a random movie and asks you to translate the English lines the characters say during their conversation into your own language. You can optionally use subtitles on or off. Those who want to improve their reading ability can use closed captions.
6. Cake
I can say that Cake is actually quite similar to voscreen but a little more advanced. They measure your listening skills by giving you sections from the videos of youtubers who produce content on youtube. It also tries to strengthen your mutual communication skills with features such as filling the gap and completing the dialogue.
7. Cambly
First of all, I should state that Cambly is a paid application. The pricing in my country is around $300 for 1 year with discount codes, but the price may vary depending on the country you are in and the discount code you use.
Cambly is a video chat app that lets you practice one-on-one with live teachers. Thanks to Cambly, you can practice speaking and listening on the subject you want with a teacher of your choice, every hour of the week.
If you are preparing for the ielts exam like me, if you tell your teacher about this, he will prepare a special training plan for you. If you want to test cambly, register by "CLICK HERE" and it will give you a free 15-minute trial lesson. It's free to try :)
