My Splinterlands Diary:Buy Gladius Pack & Opening
After the weekly brawl, it's exciting to buy and open gladius packs. I'm always excited to see which new cards I will get from the packs. I bought two packs today after our brawl. The first pack contained the cards.
A legendary card! This is my second legendary card after Fina Voxom. This one is a dragon card with two magic attacks. What makes her special is her Double strike giving her a total four attacks in a round. Her other stats are not that impressive, only three health and two speed. One negative thing about this card is I don't have a dragon archon so I cannot use this card until I have one. The other cards I already have and they are reliable.
Katrelba Gobson is a common card but has the same Double strike ability as the legendary dragon card. I find this weird since their abilities are the same.
Palidon Rakk is a card with a lot of health. I used this card more than once in brawls.
Chimney Wallstop is also a card I use from time to time. It has a high attack and good defensive stats.
Isgald Vorst is good for low mana battles. It has balanced, well rounded stats.
The next pack contained the cards.
Only common cards and a rare. I can hardly complain after the last pack. These cards are good for battles with low mana.
Whistling Damon is a death card. I use it when there's no other option.
Krash Waderford is a null attack support card. I can't think of a time that I will use this card. There are simply a lot of better options.
Bertrol Gobson and Cutter Brieze will be a good card for extremely low mana battles. Or else, there are better options in Earth like Quora or Katrelba.
Hugo Stronghold is a good low mana tank. Again, this card is an option if nothing better comes. Otherwise the top choice for Life is Captain Katie or Marisol Contuma.
Thus, my gladiator cards grew and here is my current collection.
