My Splinterlands Diary: Buy Gladius Pack & Opening
Hello Splinterlands players. Join me today as I buy and open gladiator packs after earning merits from weekly brawl. I contributed with a record of six wins and only three losses.
I'm a member of Gank's Squadron Guild, playing brawls weekly. From there, I earn rewards to buy packs which I will do today. My results in brawls improved because of the cards delegated to me by our leader. Anyway, the topic today is the gladiator cards I'm buying and opening.
I have enough merits to buy two packs from the shop. A gladius pack is 2,000 merits per pack and I have 5k+ merits to buy two packs.
I opened the packs one at a time. The first pack contained the cards below.
The first pack contained a strong epic card named Trapp Falloway. It's a melee card that belongs to the death element. It has four attack which is excellent and a weaken ability in addition to bloodlust which all gladiator cards possess. The card has low mana that will be useful in Little League modifier.
This batch also had a rare death card. It's also a low mana melee card with a lot of health. It doesn't have any added ability that's a minus. The best thing I can say for this card is his big health.
The rest of the packs were common cards.
Next pack had the following units below.
It's one rare and four common cards. The rare card is a two mana one. A range card named Alfredo. I like low mana cards because they have a lot of possibilities for use. Another two mana card I got in this batch was Bertrol Gobson. He is a common card but better than Alfredo because he has more abilities. Another two mana card was Helmet Kharafax. He has no attack so I probably won't use him. There's a card with three mana. This batch gave me a lot of low mana cards. Whistling Damon is a range attacker with two attack and Snipe ability.
Overall the cards were a good addition to my gladiator cards.
