🍂Aromatic Potato and Beans Stir Fry🍃

I hope you are happy and healthy.Today i will share a delicious recipe of potato bean stir fry. . It's quick, easy, and packed with delicious spices. Perfect for a satisfying meal that's both hearty and wholesome. Let's make this recipe.

Ingredients:
🌳 4medium potatoes, peeled and diced

🌳 1 cup green beans, trimmed and chopped

🌳 1 cup green peas

🌳 1 onion, finely chopped
🌳 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
🌳 4 dried red chilli
🌳 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
🌳 Carrot chopped

🌳 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
🌳 Salt to taste
🌳 2 tablespoons cooking oil
🌳 Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

step by step Instructions
🍀 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
🍀 Add chopped onion and red chili and
cook until they turn translucent.add carrot , turmeric powder and mix well.

🍀 Add chopped green beans and green peas , potatoes and salt .Mix well and cook for another minute.

and add chopped tomatoes cook covered until all the vegetables are cooked through, stirring occasionally. This will take about 8-10 minutes.

🍀 Once the vegetables are cooked, remove the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes to let any excess moisture evaporate and for the stir fry to get slightly crispy.

🍀Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
