Ingredients:
🌿 2 cups boiled peas
🌿 1 medium-sized finely chopped onion
🌿 1 tablespoon chaat masala
🌿 Salt to taste
🌿 Juice of 1 lemon
🌿 Tamarind chutney
🌿 Mint chutney
🌿 Sev (crunchy chickpea flour noodles)
🌿 Dalmoth (savory snack mix)

Method:
🪷 First, boil the peas until they are half-cooked. Drain and let them cool.

🪷 On a plate, mix the boiled peas, finely chopped onion, mint chutney, and tamarind chutney.

🪷 Add chaat masala and salt to the mixture, ensuring it's well seasoned.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture to enhance the flavor.
Add sev and dalmoth.

🪷 Carefully mix all the ingredients, making sure they're coated with the spices.
🪷 Taste and adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
