Crispy Bottle Gourd balls. Bottle gourd is a versatile and nutritious vegetable that can be used to create a variety of delectable dishes. ,we are making crispy bottle gourd ballsโ€”perfect as an appetizer or a tea time snack. Follow this simple recipe to prepare these golden brown delights at home.

1 medium-sized bottle gourd (lauki), grated
1 boiled and mash potatoes
2-3 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
1 teaspoon dried mango powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Prepare the Bottle Gourd:
Peel and grate the bottle gourd. Squeeze out the excess water using your hands.
Mix Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated bottle gourd, gram flour,mashed potato, dried mango powder, black pepper powder,cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to form a thick batter.

Shape and Coat the balls:
Shape the batter into small balls. Roll each ball in bread crumbs to coat them evenly.

Fry the balls:
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Carefully place the coated balls into the hot oil and fry them until golden brown. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
