Instant Dhokla Recipe: Quick and Easy🌾

I hope you are happy and healthy. Today, I'm sharing an instant Dhokla recipe with you. Dhokla, a Gujarati dish, is loved all around the world. I'm here to show you how to make a simple and tasty dhokla. Let's get started!

Ingredients:
⭐ 1 cup gram flour (besan)
⭐ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
⭐ 1 tsp salt
⭐ 1 tsp eno (fruit salt)
⭐ 1 tsp lemon juice
⭐ Chili flakes
⭐ Sugar
⭐ Water

Preparation

🌷 In a bowl, mix gram flour, turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon oil , chili flakes, green chilli paste and salt well.

🌷Gradually add water to make a smooth batter. Make sure the batter has a smooth consistency.

🌷Heat water in a steamer.
Add eno ( I didn't have an Eno, so I used another brand.) to the gram flour mixture and mix quickly.
Pour the batter into a greased plate and place it in the steamer.

🌷Steam for 15-20 minutes or until the dhokla becomes fluffy and a toothpick comes out clean.

🌷Let the dhokla cool down.
In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves ,sugar, water for tempering.

🌷Pour the tempering over the dhokla and serve.


Serve dhokla with mint chutney or tamarind sauce.
