Hello, dear foodie i hope you are happy and healthy ๐Ÿ˜ƒToday, I've made the decision to share a new recipe on my blog, crafted especially for my beloved daughter.

Through this tiffin recipe, I've curated a collection of foods that not only maintain her health but also tantalize her taste buds. It's essential to strike that balance, ensuring our kids get the best of both worlds.
Ingredients:
4 slices of brown bread ๐Ÿž
1 cup gram flour (besan)

1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon amchoor

1 teaspoon kasuri methi

1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds

A handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Oil for frying

Instructions:
Prepare the Batter:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, red chili powder, cumin seeds, kasuri methi ,garam masala, baking soda, chopped coriander leaves, salt , 1 tbs oil and add water.

Mix well to form a smooth, lump-free batter. Adjust water if needed for the right consistency.

Prepare the Bread:

  • Trim the edges of the bread slices if desired. But I don't do it.
  • Cut each slice into halves or quarters, depending on your preference.

Dip and Coat:
Heat the pan, add oil, dip the bread slices in the batter, andDip each bread slice into the prepared batter, ensuring it's well-coated.

Carefully place the coated bread slices into the hot oil.

Shallow Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Place the crispy bread pakoras on a paper towel to absorb any remaining oil.

Now that the bread pakoras are ready, I packed them in the children's lunchbox with tomato sauce, along with a slice of pearl millet cake.

So, go ahead, try out this delightful combination, and let your kids relish a meal that's both healthy and enjoyable.

๐Ÿ’ Thank you for visiting my blog ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ
