My Favorite Battle Strategy For All Splinters

What I am going to talk about in this post is more of a principle as opposed to a step-by-step guide, because if you can think in terms of principles then you will be able to adapt very quickly to the different rules. So what I am saying is to think of a play and ask yourself.

Can I pick monsters to fit my strategy in this rule set?

In nearly all of my battles, I will try to put a high-life monster up front, then pick a bunch of tank healers in the back line so it's almost impossible to take him down. Now depending on what splinters are playable you have to pick the monsters that fit the theme, notice I didn't say the tank had to have a lot of attacks, he just needs to have a lot of health for this to work.

How Did the Battle Go

This time it worked exactly as planned, the hero tank is Iziar. sure that's a soulbound card and you got to get lucky with the chests to get one, but hey I don't have a level 2 inevitable now that guy is the ultimate monster for this strategy, you see he starts with immunity means you can poison him. Bera Dallin works if you can add the extra two health points, this is possible in the life splinter. but I digress.

Iziar - High Life and Taunt

This worked even better as the enemy had a few magic monsters, Iziar has void so he took less damage from them but the boosted range attackers started to rip him up, I did put three healers in the team, excessive you might think, but if I only had two the ranged attack would have had him. Every round the Tank gets back to 15 health and the lowest that it goes down to is 8 health before a healer steps in.

This same strategy can be used with other splinters, You can scroll through some of my other posts to find another battle that is almost the same. Get a tank with 15 health so when it gets a heal it is a third of max health, making it 5, and with three healers it's nice to watch them heal one by one. 5 - 10 - 15, and boom he is back to full strength plus we have stealth and triage as a bonus, I said inevitable is good for this strategy as he has triage so you end up with healer work on tank and tank heals the healer. How can you lose?
