The 10 Cards Everybody Wants From The Chaos Legion Set

This guide is for you if you are new to the game and getting smashed into oblivion in Bronze Three, Two, and One. I will show you two cards from each splinter that will put a halt to the losing streak and put you back on the up. Winning SPS.

The Chaos Legion Set has been out for two years now, where the last Set was Untamed and very soon will rotate to Wild, so for competitive and casual players I am recommending Chaos Legion cards. They are great value at the moment and you should pick up a few choice cards for your collection now, before the Land, side game starts to gobble up all available low-priced cards.

So let's look at ten cards a new player should get.

10 - Fire Splinter - Tusk The Wide

We want a strong tank that will hold the line in the heat of battle, so look at tusk the Wide he has a massive 12 health points plus the void ability meaning it reduces magic damage by 50% and trust me it's a valuable thing to have, all for a small 6 mana.

09 - Fire Splinter - Radiated Brute

The next card is the Radiated Brute this guy fits in well with the first card, he gets reach which means he can attack from the second position. You want this so that you get to inflict damage every round, for five mana you can't go wrong. Great Price.

08 - Water Splinter - Cruel Sethropod

This card is going very cheap at the moment and you get a good amount of power from him for those low mana games, and for no magic games, a good amount of health and also three armour will keep him in the game for more than one round.

07 - Fire Splinter - Deeplurker

Deeplurker comes with the opportunity ability, so he will target the monster on the enemy's team like a guided missile picking the monster with the lowest amount of health, get this card and he will pick off the enemies pesky tank healers and magic dealers.

06 - Earth Splinter - Grund

This next card is a high mana monster, he packs a massive punch with his double strike ability. The way I like to use this guy is when the all melee attack rule set, he will almost always kill the monster with one turn, The first shot Knox out the armour then the second shot will drop the health. This one holds its price but now you why. It's a good buy.

05 - Earth Splinter - Goblin Psychic

If you get the grund monster as detailed above then you will eat to keep him alive for as long as possible, so this choice as well as having a two magic attack will restore a portion of the front monster's health, and don't forget grund has 10 health

04 - Death Splinter - Cursed Windeku

For the death team, you will want to get this guy, for six mana this monster comes with 9 health a good amount of attack and best of all the thorns attack, in most battles the tank will usually have a melee attack so they will have a big surprise when they start taking damage on their turn, plus when you level him up he gains the self-heal ability.

03 - Death Splinter - Life Sapper

I will recommend this next card, for its life leach ability, this is incredible in low mana games because of the low amount of attack and when this guy hit he gain himself an extra health point, and with any luck by the time he comes to the front he could have a much an 8 or 10 health points making him incredibly hard to kill.

02 - Life Splinter - Chaos Knight

Another strong tank monster here, for 6 mana she comes with armour, decent health and attack, she comes with this great ability of the shield, which will reduce damage from melee attacks by 50% making her very hard to kill with ranged or melee attack, sadly week to magic, unless in the magic hit armour rule set, the she rules. Pick your battles

01 - Life Splinter - Adelade Brightwing

Ok so I saved the best to last and not just because I am from Adelaide, well maybe a little, this monster is incredible she comes with two abilities at base level flying to play in those earthquake rules and also the repair, so if your tank has armour she will restore a portion of the armour. killing the enemy and helping your tank to stay alive.

It's expensive but worth it in my opinion.

There you have it, my top 10 pick of cards for new players. Get these cards or even rent them for not much, If you can own them they will pay for themselves over the time that you own them.

I have played in bronze with my deck of gold-level monsters and I will warn you that bronze level is very competitive, it will take you a fair time of battling to progress to silver. So get these cards to make your life easier.
