Happy start of the week, my dear friends and readers of the blockchain, it is an honor for me to participate in this new week of activities and challenges launched by the Splinterlands community to promote their incredible project with ideals Game-fi, Play2earn & Nfts. I keep waiting for all the updates that are to come, the use of lands and new editions. This project has impeccable performance and scalability, it can not be compared to any other project, since its profitability keep rising every year.

If you are a new user or you want to join and be part of this great family, I invite you to review this little introduction made by me, to guide you in this new journey. Here also to deepen your knowledge of combat and training so that you can quickly become a master of splintering.

Undoubtedly, the whole team of developers and curators do an excellent job to maintain and innovate all the themes or updates coming from this project, I admire their work a lot and I would like to participate more deeply with all their activities....

I keep waiting for future updates, this project is one of the best games I've seen as far as "NFT" projects are concerned.

I must congratulate and recognize the great idea of the new reward system, they came to innovate the whole ecosystem that we already knew and encouraging users to play and invest to opt for better rewards as they continue to advance in the leagues.

Let's start with the new weekly promotion activity:

For this opportunity I want to expose a splinter and strategy that has a great effectiveness and acceptance among all my games, since it has a set of skills, it is a perfect synchrony, which have a very low probability of victory in normal situations. It is a strategy that has not had a defeat since I started using it and I must admit that although it is a bit expensive and out of my budget, it would be worth raising to maximum levels all these characters. Today I come with the best spirits and eager to bring a quality work for all readers, I hope you like it... I invite you to take a seat and make yourselves comfortable to watch the following presentation:!

Let's discover its history:

Edition: Reward
Class: Legendary.
Element: Neutral.
Abilities: Dodge, Acceleration, Blind.
Damage Type: Magic
.

This highly effective specimen is the honorary monster for this week of challenges, it is one of the most frequented monsters in my teams thanks to its great set of features and abilities. I consider it to be one of the most complete cards of all the reward editions, since it has good resistance, skill and attack... Also for being housed in the neutral sliver, which supports any team in most rules or game situations where these are required. I remember that this card at one point reached a price of $100 on the market and yet I was reluctant to sell it and then buy it again in a backlash because of the great utility and effectiveness it brings to my methods of play. I have a better performance and performance at higher levels, which I have not been able to enjoy due to the limitations of the leagues and the levels of my summoners, I enjoy very good cards, but I think it is convenient to make some rentals that support the playability of my team in order to position myself in some top to get better rewards. I also want to add that this card can have a better lore its history is very basic and summarized compared to the cards of the new edition, for that reason I decided to put my point of view that the history of this character ...

Battle strategy

The strategy for this battle was to take full advantage of the set of abilities granted by the summoner to concentrate all the rival attack in a single square, which would be backed up with great resistance, speed to dodge attacks and a fatal impact to eliminate the rival monsters. In addition, the healing offered by the summoner and the high probability of dodging hits allow a comfortable execution by the characters positioned in the lower squares, which also enjoy all the attributes mentioned above except the tank's regeneration. I can say that the high effectiveness of this lineup consists in the fusion of all the skills of both the summoner and the positioned monsters, each skill supports in one way or another the game characteristics of some of the characters, that is why it is so complicated to duel with this tactical formation that is governed by speed and healing.

Battle rules and mana limit

Explosive Weaponry:

All monsters adopt the explosion ability, which allows a rampage or chain attack after each hit. That is to say, when a monster consolidates a hit, its predecessor or monsters positioned in nearby squares will also receive part of the damage done.

Even Stevens:

Only monsters with a mana cost of even numbers can be used for battle. For example, monsters with a mana cost of 2, 4, 6 etc...

54 mana limit

The mana limit is in my favor, as it is high enough to build a good battle team.

Alineación de la astilla

Byzantine Kitty

This is my selected summoner for this battle, thanks to its set of skills, which are very advantageous for this battle. Dueling with Kron and Scarred Llamage is not easy... It's a good chip, very complete, which is very difficult to fight. So, I'm a big fan of speed and much more in this type of explosion rules, the idea of hitting first, is to reduce the most enemy damage so that when facing the last character with high game characteristics thanks to the summoner, he gets a beating between 2 or 3 rounds thanks to all the monsters that are still available in the opponent's team. It is a great combination to merge this summoner with Tanks of great impact and resistance, that is the main requirement for this strategy to be more effective. I must admit that the skills provided by this character are impeccable and can turn any character with low characteristics into a great killing machine.

The Kraken

The tank selected for this battle thanks to its formidable resistance and durability in the field. It is a very complete character that contributes greatly to the strategy formulated for this game. Its increased ability thanks to the summoner's attributes increase the probability of dodging attacks, the regeneration ability greatly extends its durability on the playing field. Measuring against this splinter is not easy, especially if my opponent has a set of cards as good as the ones I use for this battle. The main idea of positioning this tank in this position was to concentrate all the attacks in a single position so that it could regenerate while the monsters positioned in the lower squares did their job. The burst ability and increased speed allow for great agility on the part of my team, as the vast majority of my summons are fast in nature and support the entire game ecosystem that was planned.... The tactic was to decrease the amount of attackers to such a point where the Kron and all the monsters in my sliver were left to fill it with hits before it regenerated, it is the only formation I know to take down such a titan.

Manticore

I must also add before continuing with the role of this character in the game. The summoner also equips my fighters with an ability that allows the rival monsters can not dodge my attacks, this monster was positioned in this box as a containment tank, since the explosion ability leaves a small damage to the monster that is next to the attacked target. Thanks to the increased ability allows this character to be one of the first to attack, opening the way for the attack of the tank and the others positioned in the lower squares. This character naturally possesses great speed and a set of skills that allow him to fight pleasantly and efficiently in any battle. His flying ability is supported by the increased speed. And the increased damage backs up the burst rule and increased speed.... All this is designed to quickly eradicate all monsters that are positioned in front of the character in the last square.

Deeplurker

This character also plays a fundamental role in the game thanks to his opportunist ability and his good gameplay characteristics, which allow a proper development of the strategy formulated above. The main idea of bringing this character into battle was to take advantage of the increased melee damage and speed with its opportunist and explosion ability to attack precisely the weakest monster of the opposing sliver. An attack to the middle can weaken two monsters with -3 each round. As this character will not take any damage, I thought it would be a good idea to place him in the third square to replace the position of the manticore after it is fulminated in battle and thus keep as a secret weapon the monsters positioned in the lower squares, as far as I'm concerned they are monsters of greater need if a sacrifice is required to continue the game.

image.png

Demented Shark

This character has one mission and only one mission in this game, which is based on increasing the melee damage of all allied monsters. It is not necessary to throw him into the battle and let him lose this ability after his death... The idea was to take advantage of the playing field, the explosion rule and the speed of the other monsters to cause a greater amount of damage to all opposing monsters. It was more important to increase the damage and sacrifice another character than to increase it and lose the increase in the first round. For that reason I decided to leave him between the last squares to take full advantage of his ability.

image.png

Djinn Oshuannus

This monster is the secret weapon up his sleeve, maybe you see him as insignificant or as just another attacker? The real reason for this player in this position is to be a contingency tank in cases where the opponent manages to dismantle all the defense provided in the upper squares, as Kron is a magical attacker, I thought it would be a good strategy, back up the speed and regeneration to the tank with a magical tank which allows to decrease the impacts that this can make, plus the increased speed allows greatly increase the probability of mocking attacks and thus hit more accurately against his opponent. I thought of taking this strategy because he alone in normal situations obviously can not be measured against Kron, so I left the last attacker as a backup so that it would support the attack of the tank until the fatigue rounds began to take effect and run with the luck that the game ends in our favor.

image.png

Spirit Miner

This ghost of the mines aims to support all the attack of the monsters positioned in the upper squares, his great speed allows him to attack among the first selected to take full advantage of the explosion rule. It is also the last reserve attack, as I said before Djinn Oshannus can not beat Kron alone, he needs the help of this individual to extend the game until the fatigue streak and be lucky that the game ends in our favor.
