Zalran Efreet Against all!

avatar

*Warm greetings, friends and readers of the blockchain! I hope your performance and your rewards remain in optimal condition, we are approaching the end of the season and I am very anxious to uncover my chests and see what rewards I could get thanks to all my games, in focus diaries I did not do very well, I hope to have a little more luck with the end of season chests. On the other hand, I invite you to check your participations in the new chaos edition aidrod, those who have bought packs directly from the platform can try their luck and check if they are eligible, unfortunately I am not, but I hope that for the next one if I can get something.

If you are a new user and you still don't know the game mechanics I attach a small introduction made by me Here so you can raise your knowledge of battle and training.

I appreciate and am pleased to note the hard work splinterlands is doing to keep up with the increase in players, new updates, and third party collaborations that will soon blossom for those who strongly believed in the project.

I am looking forward to the coming updates, this project has been one of the best performing games I have seen when talking about "NFT " projects.

Let's start with the weekly challenge

The monster selected for this week is a member of the beta edition, an old pack edition that of course is already sold out from the main platform, but the characteristics of this card and its high value make it one of the most outstanding characters in my game deck.

Let's discover its history:

Edition: Reward.
Rarity: Legendary.
Element: Fire.
Attack: Magic.
Abilities: Vampirism.

A very powerful sorcerer, resident of these hot lands, he is one of the most iconic and significant characters in my team. He possesses a very refined and fissile skill set. He is one of the most feared characters of this land thanks to his destructive and regenerative power, I have not yet seen his full potential, as I have not been able to evolve his skills, I hope to do it soon...

Battle strategy

I am Teams speed and agility, some prefer melee damage, defenses or magic damage, I am speed. I really like to use monsters with medium attack but great speed and focus all attacks in one direction to eliminate my enemies quickly and decrease my opponent's attack probabilities.

For this game, since the rule doesn't allow ranged attack, and the snipe ability for magic damage monsters. I decided to position this character, since its selective attack on hit can eradicate up to 3 monsters with one attack. In addition to the speed and level of play of my opponent with the water splinter I was forced to shield myself very well and place the immortal phoenix in the company of his compadre, the ZALRAN EFREET.

Battle rules and mana limit

Snipe:

All monsters belonging to the ranged attack classification acquire the snipe ability while the game is in progress.

Rage.

Ranged attacks are restricted in this game for both splinters.

38 mana limit

The mana limit is in my favor, as it is high enough to build a good battle team.

MALRIC INFERNO:

This character also belongs to the beta edition of the game, it is the continuity of the genesis, of those first editions that gave the beginning to the whole ecosystem that we know today. His characteristic ability to increase the melee damage of all allied monsters, offers a wide range of strategies and combinations when it comes to establishing yourself in the game. In addition, using this character in battle allowed me to increase my daily reward chests.

The game power it gives and the level at which I own it allows me to run games comfortably in the gold league. I'm not the most PRO, but I make something up to win games.

CERBERUS:

This was my tank selected for this battle, although its resistance is a little low compared to my opponent, I assumed that many attacks would be deflected from the first square thanks to the rule, leaving free ground for a couple of rounds and allowing it to regenerate comfortably. In this way, he was selected to be the occupant of the first square, also to his high game characteristics, a high attack thanks to the summoner, good speed and most importantly the ability to regenerate, I decided to support the attack of this character with the skills of the occupant of the lower square. I want to emphasize that most of my cards belong to the older editions of Spt.

image.png

FINEAS RAGE:
This individual fits perfectly with the description requested to participate in my game team. He can attack from the second square and at the same time be a backup tank, possesses very good speed and a nefarious attack when collaborating simultaneously with the summoner. Thanks to the rules of the game and the scarcity of magic damage cards in this sliver, I was forced to give in for the melee attack and find a way to combine all the abilities, or the vast majority of them, of the monsters positioned on the field.

image.png

SERPENTINE SPY:

This character is very characteristic and controversial in my sliver, perhaps it does not meet all the requirements mentioned above and indeed is a somewhat weak monster that will not resist more than 2 rounds of hits, but its low health is compensated with its attack, speed and skill.

The opportunistic ability can be decisive in battle, either to damage a monster or to catch the attention of an attack, sacrificing himself for the team and preventing (X) character from being damaged.

image.png

ELEMENTAL PHOENIX:

It's time to expose this fabulous fire reborn monster, his magic attack is indispensable for this game and implementing the snipe rule with explosion is a combination that can unleash a chain effect eliminating up to 3 monsters with a single impact. I admire this character thanks to his great playability, skill set and great efficiency when fighting, he can be categorized as a backup tank, as he has good resistance and the ability to dodge some hits aimed at his square. He always attacks between the first turns if his speed is not altered by my opponent and although he may not be seen as very effective in reverse speed rules, the truth is that this character can do a good job no matter where and how.

image.png

ZALRAN EFREET:
One more support to the attack gives magic damage, looking for a way not to wait for my opponent's shield to be destroyed to inflict damage to his team. Obviously, in cases where you are shielding your artillery... It can be counterproductive at times, because if the allied magic damage is weakened and places a tank for such attacks, obviously the strategy will be severely compromised, this team member is intended. Apart from attacking selectively thanks to the ability of snipe, is to extract with each hit consolidated opponents a little of their vital points to add them to their reserves, I wanted to back up in this way in cases where my splinter was mostly eliminated and only count on this character and the sand worm to finish the job, .... In a way, he can be a bit tedious opponent to fight, since he will be adding life points with each hit.

image.png

SAND WORM:

Last but not least, I present in front of you this formidable warrior, he remains patient and on the lookout to unleash his fury against his target, no matter if he is not fast, or if he does not possess great endurance, but one thing is for sure. I have yet to see a monster withstand a one on one with this phenomenal attacker, this is my heaviest and most powerful gunner in my squad. I usually try to boost his speed in most of my games, but for this opportunity that wasn't the mission. He is one of my most used monsters in my battles thanks to his high rate of victories brought to my team.
