I think there's a very good chance land prices will come down some once people can start using it. There seem to be quite a few people who won't be able to afford to work all the plots they have and will probably need to sell some off to fund working the rest. I'm guessing you'll be able to get a common plot for maybe under $50. Just a guess, of course, but I definitely think its' possible.

Completly Agree with you @dagger212 , At the moment prices are high because of the hype, and with the passage of time it will get settle according to the demand and the market.
