43 Mana points to create an invincible team [EN - ES]

This week I wanted to put the finishing touch to my series on the water splint. After countless battles and with the cards I have available, the deck that has given me the best performance is the one I present to you in this week's article. A deck that puts an immense amount of damage per turn on the table and with enough versatility to adapt to almost all combat conditions and decks. A combination that, in battle conditions of at least 43 mana points, is invincible... or almost at least to play in bronze and silver leagues ;).

Esta semana quería poner un broche de oro a mi serie sobre el mazo de agua. Tras infinidad de combates y con las cartas que tengo disponibles, el mazo que mejor rendimiento me ha dado es el que te presento en el artículo de esta semana. Un mazo que pone sobre la mesa una inmensa cantidad de daño por turno y con la versatilidad suficiente para adaptarse a casi todas las condiciones de combate y mazos. Una combinación que, en condiciones de batalla de al menos 43 puntos de mana es invencible...o casi, al menos para aquellos jugadores que compiten en bonce y plata ;).

The cards behind my best deck

But what is so special about this combination you are talking about? Undoubtedly, its versatility. It has a good tank, second position attack, sneak, a powerful magic attack, a healing card and, finally, one of the best ranged cards in the game. It gives a very high amount on the opponent's tank as well as having 3 attack points on the opponent's second line. In my opinion it's a very complete combination of cards that gives very good results.

Pero, ¿qué tiene de especial esta combinación de la que me hablas? Sin duda, su versatilidad. Tiene un buen tanque, ataque desde la segunda posición, sneak, un poderoso ataque mágico, una carta que aporta curación y, para acabar, una de las mejores cartas con ataque a distancia del juego. Da una cantidad muy elevada sobre el tanque rival además de contar con 3 puntos de ataque sobre la segunda línea rival. Bajo mi punto de vista es una combinación de cartas muy completa que proporciona muy buenos resultados.

As if its ability to generate wins wasn't enough, another quality I love about this card combination is its low cost. Except for Djinn Oshannus, there are no other legendary cards in the combo. All six are really affordable if you want to own them. If you still don't want to or can afford to invest a modest amount, the cost of renting these cards is ridiculous considering the cost-performance ratio. I won't dwell on it any longer. I'm going to present you with my best water deck lineup.

Por si su capacidad de generar victorias no fuera suficiente, otra cualidad que me encanta de esta combinación de cartas es su bajo coste. Salvo Djinn Oshannus no hay más cartas legendarias en la combinación. Las seis son realmente asequibles si las quieres en propiedad. THE LINEUP

No less than 14 points of damage per round can be done by this line-up. This is always under normal conditions. In the example battle the opponent plays Disintegrator so, as long as he is still alive, my attack per round is reduced to 11 points. But in addition, to beat me you have to defeat the 41 life points my cards have. That's not counting the additional shield point that Kelya Frendul provides. As you can see, that's a lot of attack per round and a lot of life to beat this line-up.

Card	Explanation
Kelya Frendul	It provides a point of speed, which is crucial for DJinn Oshannus, and a point of shield, which will allow our healer to extend her life a little.
Diemonshark	One of the best tanks in the game among the rare cards. His Trample ability, if it comes into play, makes him even more powerful.
Flying Squid	What can we say about the most famous squid in the Splinterlands? I have the gold version in my deck. Three points of attack and speed and 8 life for a card that attacks from second position. It's hard for the opposing tank to make it to the second round of the battle.
Djinn Oshannus	My first legendary in Splinterlands. I decided to upgrade my Djinn Oshannus to level 2 to gain the Phase ability. With 5 speed plus Kelya's speed, he causes multiple misses even on opponent's magic attacks.
Deeplurker	A card I love. Opportunity is a key ability in every lineup and Deeplurker is the star in my best lineup. I plan on getting his gold version to give him an extra point of speed and life.
Merdaali Guardian	Another card I plan to upgrade to level 3. Its mission is clear: healing.
Axemaster	And finally, the card with ranged attack. In addition, his Double Strike ability allows him to deal up to 4 damage per round.

Diemonshark	Uno de los mejores tanques del juego dentro de las cartas raras. Su habilidad Trample, si entra en juego, lo hace aún más poderoso.
Flying Squid	Qué decir del calamar más famoso de Splinterlands. En mi mazo tengo la versión dorada. Tres puntos de ataque y velocidad y 8 de vida para una carta que ataca desde la segunda posición. El tanque rival es complicado que llegue a la segunda ronda de la batalla.
Djinn Oshannus	Mi primera legendaria en Splinterlands. Decidí aumentar mi Djinn Oshannus a nivel 2 para que ganara la habilidad Phase. Con 5 puntos de velocidad más el que aporta Kelya provoca múltiples misses incluso en los ataques mágicos del rival.
Deeplurker	Una carta que me encanta. La habilidad Opportunity es clave en todas las alineaciones y Deeplurker es el protagonista en mi mejor alineación. Planeo hacerme con su versión dorada para que gane un punto más de velocidad y vida.
Merdaali Guardian	Otra carta que tengo planeado mejorar hasta el nivel 3. Su misión es clara: curación.
Axemaster	Y, para acabar, la carta con ataque a distancia. Además, su habilidad Double Strike hace que pueda inflingir hasta 4 puntos de daño por ronda.

One of the strengths of this line-up is the fact that all creatures participate from the first round. There isn't a single card that doesn't attack in the first round, or activate its healing in the case of Merdaali Guardian. All six cards contribute from the first round and that's a feature that already gives me an advantage over my opponent from the first minute.

Uno de los puntos fuertes de esta alineación es el hecho de que todas las criaturas participan desde la primera ronda. No hay ninguna carta que no ataque en la primera ronda, o active su curación en el caso de Merdaali Guardian. Las seis cartas aportan desde la primera ronda y eso es una característica que ya hace que tenga ventaja desde el primer minuto sobre mi rival.

Obviously this line-up also has weaknesses. But these depend almost entirely on the battle conditions that are taken into account. For example, a battle with the Reverse Speed condition will mean that, given the high speed of all the cards, you will always be one step behind your opponent.

Evidentemente esta alineación también tiene puntos débiles. Aunque estos dependen casi en exclusividad de las condiciones de batalla que se tengan en cuenta. Por ejemplo, una batalla con la condición Reverse Speed va a provocar que, dada la gran velocidad de todas las cartas, vaya siempre un paso por detrás del rival.

CONCLUSIONS

And, Dani, up to what level is this line-up interesting? As you can see in the example battle I finish each season with a ranking between 2100-2300 points. Enough to move into the high silver ranks. Unfortunately I don't have enough power to move up to Silver I, but I'll get there in the medium term. The fact is that this lineup allows you, with relative ease, to reach Silver I and I dare say even to compete in Gold by promoting Axemaster, Merdaali Guardian and Diemonshark to level 2-3. Y, Dani, ¿hasta que nivel es interesante esta alineación? Como has podido ver en la batalla de ejemplo acabo cada temporada con un ranking entre 2100-2300 puntos. Suficiente para moverme en los rangos altos de plata. Lamentablemente no tengo el poder suficiente para ascender a Plata I, pero lo conseguiré a medio plazo. El hecho es que esta alineación te permite, con relativa facilidad, alcanzar Plata I y me atrevería a decir que incluso para competir en Oro ascendiendo a nivel 2-3 a Axemaster, Merdaali Guardian y Diemonshark.
