Here comes the analysis of Edith Emberstar. Let's start.
Comenzamos.

With Edith Emberstar we have a powerful epic rarity card from the water deck. As you know, my most used deck in Splinterlands. It's true that it has a high summoning mana cost, eight points, but it has a very interesting offensive power that more than compensates for that high cost It doesn't have a shield, but it's a card that we're going to try to hide and place as late as possible in our lineups and strategies.
In terms of special skills Edith will bring three in total. The first is the usual Gladius edition card: Bloodlust. In addition, she will bring Cleanse at level 3 and Strengthen at level 5, adding multiple options for our strategies. Edith Emberstar at level 5 is a card you can't miss in almost all of your water deck strategies. That said, it's going to take a lot of time and a lot of brawls to be lucky enough to get 32 copies of this epic card.

The evolution of the basic skills can be seen, as always, in the image above. His improvement, as you may have noticed, is very limited if not non-existent in the case of shield and vitality points In terms of his ranged attack he can improve two points and in the aspect of his speed he will only improve one point in the passage from level three to level four. However, a card with 4 attack points and Bloodlust at its initial level is already more than important.
Gladius card so it is only possible to obtain it through the packs bought with the rewards of the brawls with our clan.

This time my opponent will be @benitaro. His strategy will be to form with a death deck in which he places a dangerous tank with spines and ranged attack dominance Up to three cards with this type of attack in his lineup and well protected with two cards with high defensive power ahead of them. Interesting battle ahead. Let's see how it played out.

| Card | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Kelya Frendul | No experiments this time. I place my best summoner to pose the stratagem of this battle that belongs to the last brawl played with my clan. |
| Cruel Sethropod | A tank is also a regular in my strategies. Low summoning cost and a lot of defensive power for the minimal mana cost I invest in his lineup. |
| Tide Biter | A card that amazes me in the second position. He can attack from second position and with a high level of speed to get ahead of opponents. |
| Venari Wavesmith | It's part of my strategy because of the shield it brings to the rest of the lineup and it's going to come in handy since the opponent only uses one card with magic attack. |
| Riverboat Captain | A card with a magic attack, which I analysed in this section a few weeks ago. |
| Nerissa Tridawn | A destructive magic attack power that will minimise the damage caused by an opposing tank's spines. |
| Edith Emberstar | The star this week. |

This week's conclusion is simple. A card with a four-point attack is a must-have card in your roster. It's obvious that having a ranged attack is not suitable for all scenarios, and its eight mana cost also limits the battles in which Edith can be used. However, when the conditions are right for her to be used, she is highly destructive. A score of 8.5 out of 10 for one of the most interesting cards in the Gladius collection of the aquatic deck. And that's it for this week's review. More to come in a few days - enjoy!
¡A disfrutar!
