Splinterland Season End Rental Inflation @ 29SEP21

Already mentioned this in the last season and it's happening again.

Last-minute rental cancellations 1 day before the season ends due to the season reward mechanic being based on the league at the END of the season.

With the loss of these cards, I'm effectively moving from Gold III to Silver I, losing out 4 Season Reward chests.

As a renter, can there be some safety mechanism for us in order to actually safeguard my Power levels? A rental lock period perhaps per what @rentmoney suggested before?

Otherwise, I'm not sure why I'm actually even trying to maintain my Power at the expense of my DEC. It's really a blow to players like myself on the edge of the League power levels.

Thanks for reading, hopefully, something happens to prevent this happening AGAIN in the next season.
