On this occasion, the objective will be to talk about the condition: Fire & Regret. This condition generates that monsters can return attacks; that is to say, each attack coming from a ranged attack card will be returned at half the damage produced by the attacker. For this reason, I don't like to use ranged attack cards during this condition.

In the last seasons I have been in the Gold league, and I am very close to achieve my goal of ascending to the Diamond league, but these leagues also have the difficulty of activating several conditions in each battle. During this battle the maximum mana was 42 and the first condition was Taking Sides, which prevents the use of neutral cards; while the second condition was Amored Up, this produces a protective shield on each monster and the third condition is Fire & Regret.

Summoner.

The summoner I used for this battle was Possiblus The Wise, since it allows me to get several extra abilities, such as the Trample ability, the life increase and the reach ability. My strategy for this battle would be to use a direct attack and healing team.

Equipment.

  • In the first place I placed Sea Monster, this card has the ability to heal and also has a lot of attack power, besides having the ability to activate the Trample ability when destroying an enemy.

  • In the second position, place Coastal Sentry, since it can perform double attacks and easily activate the Trample ability, this card is lethal in attack.

  • Then, place Deeplurker, it has the ability to attack from any position and can also take advantage of the summoner's abilities.

  • In the fourth position, place a magic card to try to do damage directly on the life of the opponents and avoid the protection of the shields, this card is very useful in the team, as it is very resistant and in the case that the first cards are destroyed, this card can stay in front of the team.

  • The next card has the function of healing the team, so Merdaali Guardian has a very important task in the team.

  • The last card was a filler, but usually I place it later, as it can also benefit from the summoner's abilities, but this time I made the mistake, even so it fulfilled the function of being a decoy card to protect and prevent direct attacks on Merdaali Guardian.

Meanwhile, my opponent used a team composed of fire and dragon element cards. The summoner was Quix the Devious, while the team was composed of Djinn Chwala, Carnage Titan, Fire Caller and Chaos Dragon.

My opponent despite having less cards, also had a very strong and resistant team, but in the first round nothing happened. The second round was the one that opened the way for me in the battle, for that reason I was able to destroy Djinn Chwala and Fire Caller.

In the fourth round, my opponent managed to destroy a card that was vital in my team, that is to say he destroyed my healing card (Merdaali Guardian), even so Sea Monster was still available in the front.

In the fifth round I was able to destroy Carnage Titan, then in the ninth round I was able to destroy my opponent's last card (Chaos Dragon).

Conclusion.

Finally, my strategy paid off, as I was able to crush my opponent. My recommendation is that you should always evaluate what is more convenient, from the amount of mana, the conditions, but mainly I would not use cards that constantly return damage, such as ranged attack cards, although there may be exceptions to this rule, but from my point of view I prefer to create a strategy based on the use of cards with direct attack or magic.
