I don't believe this account was set up to farm the reward pool. He's been powering up consistently since his account was created last month. He looks like he could be French too me but I'm not a expert. I would have thought he surrenderedby now if he was French. As for the unnecessary drama I'm gonna give you that one. He definitely took it to far that's for sure. But he's new and obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed.. I'm gonna guess if it's a fake account he's American. No one else could be so arrogant and abrasive... unless of course his last name is Dickey. Then all bets are off.
