Today's Rewards, Pack Openings, and My Season Winnings ~ A Day in the Life of a Splinterlands Player

Well, not quite a single day. I'm going to group together a few here. Let's start with my daily rewards:

Wow... uhm... not so good.

The past two seasons, I usually start in Gold III, having finished the prior season in Diamond III. But, I instantly lose and fall into Silver league, where I remain trapped for a few days before I can escape. Ouch. And rewards aren't too good down here.

I am tempted to do what @bala41288 does (he wrote about it here) and go all in on rentals. I already make more from rentals than I do from daily rewards + DEC from the daily battles, so I know I could be making even more. The only thing that keeps me doing these daily battles is the (small) chance of getting a GFL in one of these chests. Well, that and the threat of falling to Bronze next season if I stop playing. Hmmm.

Anyway! Next up, the two more packs I opened yesterday:

Well, more just average openings. Even so, these are all still new to me, so it's fun to see them.

I have 30 packs I haven't opened yet, and 92 Xchaos tokens which will become packs in January, so maybe my legandaries are just waiting in those groups!

Also not so great here. This seems to be a running theme. But then again, that GF is nice, as are the rares. So I'm not complaining too much.
