Battle Mage Secrets - Lost Magic

Hi there splinter-fam, this should be my entry for this week's Battle Mage Secrets - Lost Magic.

Lost Magic - Monsters with Magic attack may not be used in battles.

When this ruleset appears in your battle, it should be noted that Magic Attacking monsters cannot be used in your fight. It should be applied to your summoners too, so you must not use a Magic-related type of summoner so as not to lose the upper hand in battle.

• Let's see a sample for this weekly battle challenge.

And the ruleset is:

Lost Magic with 12 Mana Capacity. And I am choosing Earth Splinter for this round.

• I chose Mylor Crowling as my summoner because it adds Thorn's ability to every monster in your team. Thorn's ability when hit with a Melee attack, does damage back to the attacker and got an upper cap of 2. Mycelic Infantry is another part of my team that got a Shield Ability that halves the damage that may cause by Melee and Range-type attack monsters. This is the main component of my team for a 12 Mana Capacity battle. The other remaining 2 cards are supplemental to fill the missing mana capacity.

• The Battle

Round 1

Ok, my opponent is thinking the same as I did. then the problem was, I am low on a level with my team so let's see if I can turn around the favor. And yeah, we had a bit of discrepancy on positioning.

Round 2

For this round, it seems I get the upper hand and I removed the two cards of my opponent's team. There is a chance that I'll get the victory maybe? Let us proceed with the next round.

Round 3

Now it seems I see where this fight is going to be. My Mycelic Infantry is losing its vitality faster than its opponent. If my tank will lose its presence on the battlefield, obviously my 2 remaining cards will not cause any damage to my opponent's Mycelic Infantry for it possesses a shield skill. My other two remaining cards will not cost any damage to this guy added that my Opponent also used Mylor Crowling as its summoner.

Round 5

This round is the conclusion of this fight. I lost my Mycelic Infantry which means I lost my key Monster card to win the game. As I said before, the remaining 2 cards of my team in the field did not possess any threat to my opponent's remaining card.

As I proceed with the battle explanation, you can see in this image that my team lost but not that much. I lost in the level of cards, and thus my opponent's Mycelic Infantry possess higher life compared to mine. But I believed that the positioning of my cards provide a great fight in our battle.
