SPS DAO Proposal - Supporting a Player-Centric Tool : Splintershare
Following the recent update regarding third-party markets and fees, I’m submitting this proposal to explain the role of SplinterShare and why it deserves to continue receiving market fees.
What SplinterShare Does
I’ve been a Splinterlands player since 2018 and originally built SplinterShare (launched in late 2021) as a simple tool to share visual summaries of rewards.
Over time, it evolved to address broader player needs, and more recently I introduced the /collection🔗 feature to help players manage and optimize their cards more efficiently.
- Automatic card selection based on target level

- Real-time tracking of individual card progression

- Progress tracking by rarity

- Clear highlighting of cards ready to level up

Fee Redistribution Model
SplinterShare is designed to give value back:
40% of fees are returned to users
10% goes to referrals (when applicable)
This creates a more balanced ecosystem where users benefit directly from activity.
Why Support SplinterShare
SplinterShare is a long-term, player-built tool that adds real utility to the ecosystem.
The fees do not even fully cover server hosting costs today.
However, even if modest, they play an important role in supporting the project and motivating continued development.
For that reason, I’m requesting continued eligibility for market fees.
Thank you for your consideration.
