Splinterlands battle issue

From the platforms(discord and twitter) that I used about updates of splinterlands, there have been many people that were unable to play the battles including me.

This has caused us to be banned for 1hr because of the consecutive number of times that we did not select our cards. However, that was not the case, there were literally no cards for us to select. For my battle, I tried to refresh my page (because previously it worked) but now, no matter how many times I refresh, login logout, clear cache or any methods that the support told us to do, mine still did not work. It just kept loading and loading until the timer ended whereby it displayed a defeat battle log of no cards chosen... haiz

Can you imagine how horrible it feels? The panic I have, the confusion I have The panic and confusion that other players facing the same issue have

• Not being able to battle even though you pressed the battle button
• this issue ongoing for many days
• losing the chest for daily quest
• being wronged about not submitting teams

• having to surrender battles without a choice

Possible reasons

It might be due to a certain server/geographical area issue that caused us to be unable to play. There have been people saying that their splinterlands is working fine. This led me to realise that although ours could not work, for example, it did not work on brave. But some of those using brave could work. Some tried to clear cache and worked, some used m.splinterlands.io and worked. For me and those that tried all methods, ours just could not work. Kinda hope we can get refund or sth (about our points maybe) but I guess that will never happen.
