Great post, there are many others out there super positive about the future, but we're less vocal...!
Good point that those complaining non-constructively are hurting their own assets.

Oh I know there’s a bunch of good folks out there that care and see what’s possible. But the doom & gloomers are the ones that seem to want to spend their precious time and energy to bash.
I’ll never understand putting so much passion and energy into something that clearly makes me upset?!? Baffling…
