I would absolutely recommend a Quest 2! I’ve had mine for awhile now, about a year I suppose and I haven’t even turned on the Xbox since then.
It does have its drawbacks, the battery life on the headset isn’t all that long (a couple hours - immersed in a good game, that flies quick! Although the controller battery life is amazing) and, depending on the game (frame rate) the motion does get to me after a bit. I also find it somewhat blurry in places (with a glare), but I only really notice it in the main menu (text) and title screens…there are set eye widths and it’s a little hard to set it in between.
I had it for last Hivefest and had a good time interacting with people in AltSpace, was fun and I liked being able to just unplug whenever I felt like it.
