Saludos miembros de la comunidad de #Splinterlands espero que esten bien. La tarjeta de esta semana es DAX PARAGON. Veremos una pelea con él en la formación. Es una tarjeta del grupo Vida. Suelen gustame las tarjetas más poderosas; me sorprendió la elección. Pero DAX PARAGON demostró ser útil en batalla.
Greetings members of the #Splinterlands community, I hope you are well. This week's card is DAX PARAGON. We will see a fight with him in formation. It's a card from the Vida group. I tend to like the more powerful cards; I was surprised by the choice. But DAX PARAGON proved useful in battle
This week the challenge is focused on the DAX PARAGON card. Epic card of the element LIFE, Chaos Legion edition, with 1 magic attack, low speed and low health. At level 2 he gains the amplify ability and at level 5 he adds the affliction ability. I will use a level 2 GOLD card. In the market the prices started at 0.70 USD in the regular version and 7 USD in the GOLD version. At first glance I think it can be useful in low mana battles. I did several fights with the life element using this card and it performed well in battle.
Esta semana el desafío se centra en la tarjeta DAX PARAGON. Tarjeta épica del elemento VIDA, edición Chaos Legion, con 1 de ataque de magia, baja velocidad y poca vida. En el nivel 2 adquiere la habilidad de amplificar y en el nivel 5 suma la habilidad de aflicción. Yo utilizaré una tarjeta nivel 2 GOLD. En el mercado los precios comenzaban en 0.70 USD en la versión regular y 7 USD en la versión GOLD. A simple vista creo que puede ser útil en batallas de bajo maná. Realice varias peleas con el elemento vida utilizando esta tarjeta y tuvo un buen desempeño en batalla.
My Team/Mi equipo
Summomer/invocador.
LORNA SHINE. Rare life element summoner level 3 gold. Gives all the monsters on my team the divine shield from the start of the battle. The first time each of my monsters takes damage is ignored. My summoner is going to be capped at level 2 in battle.

First position/Primera posición.
SHIELDBEARER. Regular Rare card of the element life. He has the Taunt ability by which all enemy monsters will aim at him if possible. It has a good shield and a good amount of health. That's why I put it in a tank.
SHIELDBEARER. Tarjeta Rara regular del elemento vida. Tiene la habilidad de Taunt por la cual todos los monstruos enemigos apuntarán hacia él de ser posible. Tiene un buen escudo y una buana cantidad de vida. Por eso lo coloque de tanque.
Second position/Segunda posición.
JARED SCAR. Regular legendary card. It has high melee attack power, some shielding, and low hit points. This monster becomes more dangerous as the battle progresses because every time it defeats an enemy it increases all its stats by 1 point. For this reason I put it in second place. Let's remember that the tank in the first position has the taunt ability. My idea was that when the tank died, Jared would remain as the main card to win the battle.
JARED SCAR. Tarjeta legendaria regular. Tiene una gran poder de ataque cuerpo a cuerpo, algo de escudo y pocos puntos de vida. Este monstruo se hace más peligroso a medida que transcurre la batalla porque cada vez que derrota a un enemigo aumenta todas sus estadísticas en 1 punto. Por esto lo coloque en segundo lugar. Recordemos que el tanque en la primera posición tiene la habilidad de taunt. Mi idea era que a la muerte del tanque quedara Jared como tarjeta principal para ganar la batalla.
Third position./Tercera posición
DAX PARAGON. Epic card of the element life. Consumes 2 mana. It has magic attack, low speed and only 3 hit points. But it can boost other cards by its ability. It has the ability to amplify so it increases by 1 the damage caused to enemy monsters by Magic reflect, return fire and thorns. I put it in third position to try not to get hit by the enemy.
DAX PARAGON. Tarjeta épica del elemento vida. Consume 2 de mana. Tiene ataque de magia, baja velocidad y solo 3 puntos de vida. Pero puede potenciar a otras tarjetas por su habilidad. Tiene la habilidad de amplificar por lo que aumenta en 1 el daño causado a los monstruos enemigos por Magic reflect, return fire y thorns. La coloque en tercera posicón para tratar de que no le pegue el enemigo.
Fourth position/Cuarta posición.
SCRAPPER GARGOYE. Common card level 3 gold. It has melee attack, low speed, and low health. It has the void ability.
GARGOYA SCRAPPER. Tarjeta común nivel 3 gold. Tiene ataque cuerpo a cuerpo, baja velocidad y poca vida. Tiene la habilidad void.
Fifth position./Quinta posición.
HEAVENLY HARPY. Rare card of the element life. Consumes 2 mana. It has melee attack. It has the ability to have an increased chance to evade melee and ranged attacks from monsters that do not have the ability to fly. It has the opportunity ability, so it can attack from any position and targets the enemy monster with the least life. In my strategy as the tank has the ability to taunt with this card I try to kill some of the opponent's card quickly.
CELESTIAL HARPY.
Tarjeta rara del elemento vida. Consume 2 de mana. Tiene ataque cuerpo a cuerpo. Tiene la habilidad de tener más posibilidad de evadir ataques cuerpo a cuerpo y a distancia de monstruos que no tienen la capacidad de volar. Cuenta con la habilidad de oportunidad, por lo cual puede atacar desde cualquier posción y apunta al monstruo enemigo con menor vida. En mi estrategia como el tanque tiene la habilidad de taunt con esta tarjeta trato de matar alguna tarjeta del rival rápidamente.

Round 1
En este round no ocurre nada interesante. Yo esperaba poder matar alguna tarjeta enemiga pero no sucedió. La tarjeta enemiga de la sexta posición queda con 1 de vida.
Nothing interesting happens in this round. I hoped I could kill some enemy card but it didn't happen. The enemy card in the sixth position is left with 1 life.
Round 2
Este round fue durísimo para mí. Logro matar la tarjeta enemiga que ocupaba la sexta posición y que curaba al tanque rival. Pero perdí a mi tanque. Durísimo
This round was very hard for me. I manage to kill the enemy card that occupied the sixth position and that healed the rival tank. But I lost my tank. very hard.
Round 3
En este round Jared que se transforma en el tanque se queda sin escudo. Logro debilitar al tanque rival. Jared debería matarlo en la siguiente ronda.
In this round Jared who transforms into the tank runs out of shield. I manage to weaken the rival tank. Jared should kill him in the next round..
Round 4
En este round mato al tanque rival pero pierdo una tarjeta. Jared empieza a mejorar sus estadísticas, esta será la clave de la pelea.
In this round I kill the rival tank but I lose a card. Jared begins to improve his statistics, this will be the key to the fight.
Round 5
En esta ronda pierdo contra SCRAPPER GARGOYE y solo me quedan dos cartas en el tablero. Lo bueno es que Jared ganará fuerza en las próximas rondas porque su poderoso ataque ya supera la vida de al menos 3 de las 4 cartas enemigas.
In this round I lose to SCRAPPER GARGOYE and have only two cards left on the board. The good thing is that Jared will gain strength in the next few rounds because his powerful attack already exceeds the life of at least 3 of the 4 enemy cards.
Round 6
En este round mato una tarjeta del enemigo. Pero lo importante es que el ataque de Jared esta en condiciones de matar a cualquiera de las tarjetas que le quedan al enemigo. Ademas logro elevar su vida a 6 punto. Parece solo cosa de tiempo, creo que la pelea esta definida.
In this round I kill an enemy card. But the important thing is that Jared's attack is able to kill any of the cards that the enemy has left. He also managed to raise his life to 6 points. It seems only a matter of time, I think the fight is defined.
Round 7-8
Voy a resumir loa últimoa dos rounds. En el séptimo Drax Paragon y Jared matan una tarjeta cada uno. El enemigo queda con una sola tarjeta sobre el tablero que Jared aniquilará en el octavo round.
I'm going to summarize the last two rounds. In the seventh Drax Paragon and Jared kill one card each. The enemy is left with a single card on the board that Jared will annihilate in the eighth round.
Conclusions of the fight/Conclusiones de la pelea.
La batalla la gane. La batalla pese a algunos contratiempos se dio como esperaba. Jared terminó mucho mejor que cuando empezó la batalla. Dax Paragon terminó vivo y demostró que es útil para la batalla. Creo que Dax Paragon es una tarjeta a tener en cuenta en el elemento vida. Fue una buena experiencia hacer este challenge.
I won the battle. Despite some setbacks, the battle went as expected. Jared ended up much better than when the battle began. Dax Paragon ended up alive and proved himself useful in battle. I think Dax Paragon is a card to watch out for in the life element. It was a good experience doing this challenge.
What would change?/Que cambiaría?.
Me gustaría explorar otras combinaciones de tarjetas con Dax Paragon, especialmente con tarjetas a las cuales les potencie sus habilidades. Especialmente en batallas de mayor maná.
I'd like to explore other card combinations with Dax Paragon, especially cards that have their abilities boosted. Especially in higher mana battles.
