RE: SPS Governance Proposal - Voucher Pool Adjustments

I am voting against this pre-proposal.

The two fair things to do would be to either
a) pay 300,00 SPS/month to the new pool or
b) stop issuing the SPS to slow inflation

Giving the DAO more and more funds for indeterminate purposes really helps no one.
