Short post to celebrate my little bros birthday today! @ownage557 deserves so much better than me as a big brother, but because he is a newbie to Block chain and I'll give him all the gifted tokens I'm finding out about. probably cover up his starter cards in splinterlands too. what can i do to make his start to hive better for him? please let me kniq in the comments.

Also, I have a friend that I meet through splinterlandstv who is about to have been on hive for a full 365 days! yes I'm unsure if yall call it cakedays here, but happy cakeday @shawnmichael-gt !!!

Everyone on the blockchain is given a certain amount of "RESOURCE CREDITS" (RC) that can be "spent" in publishing posts, writing comments, etc. Everything we do requires a few RC to accomplish, similar to "mana" or "gas" on other blockchains. We are given RC depending on how much HIVE POWER (HP) we have staked. If you don't have much HP, you will use all of your RC quickly. RC recharges at a rate of 20% each day.
