The ruleset for this week's challenge

image.png

  • Fab Four - Up to four Units can be used

The ruleset that I managed to get

image.png

  • Rulesets - Healed Out, Stampede & Fab Four
  • Mana Cap - 39
  • Active Elements - image.png image.png image.png image.png image.png image.png

Here's my starting lineup

Summoner: Immortalis

  • In my case as earth was active I settled for Immortalis who grants -1 hp, Void and Shatter
  • Void - Reduced damage from Magic attacks by 50%
  • Shatter - Target's armor is destroyed when hit by an attack from Units with shatter
1st Position: Mycelic Infantry

  • Mycelic Infantry was my main tank for this battle
  • Main reason I like Harklaw here a lot is hes Shield ability
  • Shield - Reduced damage from melee and ranged attacks
2nd Position: Mycelic Slipspawn

  • Love this card so much because of the Taunt ability
  • For 9 mana you get 2 magic damage, 3 speed, 11 hp
  • Taunt - All enemy Units target this Unit (if they are able to)
  • Forcefield - This Unit takes only 1 damage from attacks with power 5 or higher
3rd Position: Mushroom Seer

  • I was hoping my enemy would play some kind of magic comp so Mushroom Seer was my attempt counter it
  • For 5 mana you get 2 magic damage, 2 speed and 3 hp
  • Silence - Reduces the Magic attack of all enemy Units by1
4th Position: Sand Worm

  • And for last but not least is of course Sand Worm
  • Almost every time I have the chance to play Sand Worm in large mana cap battle I do it because of his high damage
  • Sneak - Targets the last Unit on the enemy Team instead of the first Unit

Starting board

image.png

  • Already after seeing the starting board I was quite sure I would lose this battle
  • I somehow managed to miss my summoner pick, Mushroom Seer and placement with Mycelic Slipspawn
  • My enemy in the other hand played super strong team with possible one of the best summoners
  • But lets still start the battle and have a look how bad or good I did

Here's how the battle went

1st Round

image.png

  • After 1st Round my theory was correct and my Mushroom Seer had already fallen to my enemies Blast damage
  • But I did manage to hit my Sand Worm attack and also chip away from his tank health quite a bit
2nd Round

image.png

  • 2nd Round was quite okei on my half but my enemy slaped my much harder
  • I managed to kill his one backline and one frontline but also lost both of my backline monsters who I really needed to have enough damage to came back into the game
  • Sadly at this point I was sure I had lost this battle as I just didn't have enough damage or health left
3rd, 4th Round

image.png

  • It took my enemy 2 rounds to kill my last standing monster
  • After my Mycelic Infantry had fallen I took the L

Summary

  • This battle was definitely heavily one sided but still fun to watch
  • This battle was basically already over from the team builder
  • I just crafted up a strong team do counter magic and my enemy not only played 0 magic he played super strong ranged comp with Yodin Zaku
  • If you also would like to hop on the Splinterlands train feel free to use my Referral
