Everyone is in a "DEC Panic".

DEC or Dark Energy Crystals as we, Splinterlands players know is the main reason why we are playing and grinding in battles. We rent, buy and collect cards' power because we want to get into the higher leagues to earn more DEC rewards. We compete for the End of Season Leaderboards for the DEC rewards. It is the DEC that makes the Splinterland World go round here. But what if the Price value of DEC in the market is rapidly decreasing.

The current price of the DEC as of right now when I am writing this blog is at 0.10 pesos in my country (Philippines) I am basing my price at Coingecko. Will the DEC hype already ending because the end is near for SPS airdrop that some holders of DEC is slowly shifting their DEC assets to SPS since SPS will soon get their shine on SPS exclusive Riftwatchers Mini Pack sson to be release.

To the developers, if I were you, I will start thinking of a possible good burning mechanism of DEC not only for players that have guilds but also to the players that don't have one. A burning mechanism that will not for Whales only but also for the average players so that Card holders and owners will still appreciate what are they holding their cards for. And it's for the main reason right now which is the DEC rewards that is slowly getting lower.
