Keep Owners Diary : Land Allocations Are Out

The land snapshot has been completed and we now know what we are working towards in the first 3 days of the land card launch, I'm a small land holder but I think its going to be important for me to get the cards I can in the first few days as it can only help my future production. I'll be hoping the land cards get pushed back as I finally approach the research required for an Aura lab!

But on to the main topic of this post - What's going on in my Tract? has the land card had an impact on active plots? Whats changed since my Previous Post

The answer is, maybe.. So we have increased the active plots by 2 and we have a new unique owner

KEEP TAX RATE

I made the decision to lower my tax collected by a couple of percent as I moved the title and my Hunter Jarx to another plot - I figure its better to get the boosts on the plots first than a percentage of the lower PP? I maybe wrong, really need to sit and work that one out...

But still collect 34.4% and we will work on raising that as I max out my other plots (I say max, I mean 50k DEC not 5 Alpha Legendary Gold Foil Cards!)

TRACT PP

Unfortunately i didnt track the actual numbers on this (rookie error) but i can say that boosted PP went from around 700k to closer to 800k on grain... anyway

I had said i was going to start adding grain to the LP but with the land cards i'm keeping it out at the moment ready for crafting, we will see what happens next... land 2.0 could be on the horizon!

LAND FOR SALE

New plot for sale since i last looked, @blingit has added a common plot for $25.00 and @oaaguy's cheapest rare plot (which i think was priced correctly) has been picked up, still think they are over priced at the moment as you can pick up a lot of land cheap in other regions but time will tell..
