Season two in the books - Splinterlands season's rewards

yesterday the Splinterlands season 69 ended. Time to grab the loot!! :)

For me it was the second season since starting with Splinterlands in mid February 2022.
Splinterlands is setup into different leagues. Every new player starts in the "Novice" league. When improving by winning more than you lose, you can climb up to higher leagues. You also need a card deck with a certain power, but lets focus on the league system and the rewards for now. The "Novice" league is followed by "Bronze III", "Bronze II", "Bronze I", "Silver III" ... up to "Champion I" as the highest league in the game.
When playing in higher leagues you earn higher daily rewards and most important you also earn higher season rewards.

I finished my first season in "Bronze II" and I earned 7 loot chests as my season reward.

In my end of season loot chests I found three potions, seven Credits and a card. I forgot which one, but nothing fancy. :)
As you can see the rewards in "Bronze I" would have been nine loot chests.

This season I was able to improve and move up to "Silver III". A big step, because in Silver the rewards are a lot higher.
If you look at the graphic you might wonder what I mean since the rewards from "Bronze I" to "Silver III" is only three loot chests on the end of the season. That's correct, but what is more important is what could be inside the loot chests.

As you can see since moving up to "Silver III" I have a higher percentage of cards 20%/30% > 50% in my loot chests. Also I now receive DEC instead of credits and have a small chance for Splinterlands cars packs (0.25%).

It was a tough way up to silver and I dropped back to bronze a few times. The day before the end of season I managed to finish my daily quest and end up just in the silver ranks. Therefore I made the decision to wait until the end of the season to do my daily quest yesterday. :)

So I received twelve loot chests as a end of season reward.
Here are my rewards:

As shown before every loot chest had a 50% chance to contain a card.
I got lucky four out of twelve times and received three common and one rare card. Not great but okay.
The rest were six potions and 15 DEC.

Every time a season ends you lose some of your rating points due to the reset. You can find the reset amount in the first image. After finishing in "Silver III" I lost 500 rating points and had to restart the new season in "Bronze II".
Now I have to manage my way back up to silver for the greater rewards.

As mentioned in my first post I will post what I have learned so far and help you to not make my mistakes in my upcoming posts.
